“Went with friends after Six Flags closed for the night, and even as they were an hour from closing, the staff welcomed us in so warmly and the service was incredibly speedy! Portions were huge and affordable. If you’re going to Six Flags, or ever in the area, give this place a visit!“

It looks like a Regular pizza joint, but it's really exceptional! I asked for extra mushrooms on my slice and I got a huge heap of hot, fresh, real mushrooms - not canned rubber - and the crust was crispy, and the whole thing was better than any slice of mushroom pizza I've ever had (and I'm old!). That was enough to warrant 5 stars, but then... the owner came out with fresh Zeppelin. If you don't know, they're little bits of dough, fried, and coated in cinnamon sugar. But good ones, like these, are rare. Everyone in there, including the employees, seemed happy. It's totally worth a visit, no matter where you're going.“

“Pizza is Best we’ve had in Jersey and Staten Island! Crispy underneath and perfect thickness. Sauce terrific hint of sweetness . Seafood app in a brothish white Sauce with Tender Calamari,Shrimp and Mussels. Took the broth home to dunk next day! Tks Chef and Servers.Great stuff!“

“Stopped for lunch with hubs and friends. We we're looking to share a pizza, this is NOT that place. Yes, personal size for dine in. We opted for sandwiches. 2 ordered the roast pork, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone and both finished and raved how delicious 😋 Other 2 of us ordered the cheesesteak with LTO, red wine vinegar and olive oil, I added light mayo. The rolls these sandwiches were served were fantastic 😋 The sammies were NOT "packed" with fillings like a cheesesteak joint. Nicely presented with homemade potato chips. Quality of ingredients is huge because I can't eat a lot. The red wine vinegar and olive oil was top notch. I use red wine vinegar almost daily 😋 I would definitely go back for the same meal, about 1hr from my home and worth the trip 😋“

“Hands down Gio’s deserves a five out of five stars. It is how a local family owned business should be run. They care about their regular customers, but everyone gets five star service and quality. The first time I ordered from them, I compared all the prices of all local Italian Pizzerias, For my son‘s birthday party (I’m a single mom). Their prices couldn’t be beat. Since I’ve tried their food, The quality and consistency of quality prove to be top-notch. I’ve lived in New Egypt for over 30yrs and seen places Come and go. I hope Gio’s isn’t one of them.“

“Don't let this place fool you. It may not look like much from the outside. The pizza is excellent. Have even had a number of family events there over the years and it was great every time. Was there tonight and will certainly be back. They put their $ into the quality of the food rather than the ambiance. Place is clean and the owner and staff are friendly. Rates 10 Stars if possible. Reminds me of Pizza places I would frequent with my friends back in the early 70s“

“From out of town but visit once a month for work. I stumbled upon this place just driving around looking for food and was very pleased with the food and the service. I have had both the pollo and asada tacos-both fantastic. The fresh tortillas make a huge difference. The pizza was also very delicious. Usually eat the tacos in and pizza to go. As for the comments regarding discrimination- White male here who's been several times and have never had an issue. Also fast, kind and courteous service for me.“
