“10/10 post work out meal option!
They also have breakfast and lunch options. I was suggested to try the ground turkey chili and brown rice platter and feel so nice and full after a great low body workout. Can’t wait to come back as it’s close to my school @ CCM. Looking forward to trying their smoothies too!“

“Over the course of 20+ years, Kasmos has helped define my vitamin supplementary needs based on what my body was challenged with...from enviromental stress to now deep pain from a bone on bone kne condition. Thanks to the CBD capsules he recommended, I've been pain free the last month and have been able to walk freely without additional support, even though I previously saw an orthopedic surgeon who scheduled me for total knee replacement surgery. Since I still have other arthritic pains in my other knee and shoulders, I will continue to take the Essence of Well Being CBD capsules daily as well as see Kasmos for other healing supplements. I totally recommend this polite, informative and friendly man to help you with any of your health related needs!“

“I had an amazing experience at Playa Bowls and had to give it 5 stars, especially because of the service. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and smooth, but what really stood out was one employee in particular—Chloe Dolan.

Chloe was seriously awesome. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience way better. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she’s doing. She had a great attitude, was quick with everything, and made sure my order was perfect.

It’s rare to come across service that genuinely stands out like that, and Chloe definitely made a big impression. Because of her, I’ll 100% be coming back. If you go to Playa Bowls, I hope you get served by Chloe—you won’t be disappointed.“

“We went as a family of 4 this past sunday around 1130am. It was the first time for my kids (6&4). Staff was super friendly and flexible with our order. Ended up splitting a bowl in half and getting some of the toppings on the side. Very happy with the service and feel taken care of. Will be coming back to this location in the near future.“

“We have all the options where I live and every time I get Just Salad I wonder why I eat anywhere else. So many fresh dressing to choose from.“
