50 Best Pizza Restaurants near Denville

“We love Jimmy Tomato's. My husband and I are vegan and they will make all the Indian vegetarian pies vegan. The veggies are exceptionally good crisp and perfect. I can't stand what veggies past their prime. I will not eat and never go back. The freshness of the veggies is top notch. Be forewarned the Indian pies are very spicy! Kids love their traditional pies. I have had them as well and they are good Roman pizza pies.“

“Eggplant parm is delicious and the staff is great!!“

“Outstanding, authentic Italian cuisine. Pete and staff are amazing. The food is always prepared perfectly 👌🏻 Also, the BYOB makes this restaurant very appealing. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and quantity you're receiving. I've been a regular here for years and plan on being one for many years to come. FYI... homemade cannoli cake is insanely delicious! The Arancini, Fried Calamri etc... the best around... and do not skip the Broccoli Rabe'“

“I like this place. It's not the best Italian restaurant, but the food is solid and the service was good. The prices are about the same as most other local restaurant. The night we went i wasn't too hungry so i decided to order the grilled chicken pannini because i thought it would be on the lighter side and not too filling. It was huge and very good. I would go back just for that. I tried a slice of the pizza which was thin crust and that darkened cheese style that seems to be popular around here. It was pretty good but not a standout like the pannini. My only negative about the experience was the drain flies. There were several in the bathroom and some had made their way to the dining room. That is the reason for minus one stars. Overall i recommend this place.“

“Best pizza, great service, and affordable pricing. We love Denville Pizza!!“

“Large portions of Angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil and Eggplant Torrente with marinara and mozzarella were both delicious. The salad which came with the pasta was excellent as was the hot sesame seeded Italian bread and olive oil and garlic that came with the eggplant dish. Small indoor dining room was cozy. We can't wait to go back!!!“

“We had a party of 12 for Christmas lunch today. The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal. We stayed for over 3 hours and never felt rushed. Wish I could remember our server’s name she was unbelievable tending to this motley crew. I will definitely be back if they let me in the door. Great place check it out you won’t be sorry.“

“Thank you Sapori for the amazing food you made for my family Father's Day party! The Baked ziti was so cheesy good, the green salad fresh & crisp, bruschetta was crunchy & lots of topping, & shrimp scampi garlic yum! the service was so friendly! Many Blessings to your family from Ken & JoAnne Betz xo“

“We got food from them the other day and everyone in my family loved it. We ordered margarita pizza and my kids said it was the best they ever had. The baked manicotti was really good. The broccoli and cheese calzone was amazing, especially when dipped into the sauce. The Mac and cheese balls were delicious. The fries for me were a little too salty, but everyone else said they tasted really good. Can’t wait to be in their area again so we can order more food from them.“

“I ordered half tray of mini arancini balls for Christmas appetizer and my guests and family loved them. it was so good, and even made them as requested without beef inside. we love their pizzas in the past. thank you PBP for great service and Quality.“

“Pomodoros delivered excellent pizza from start to finish. The crust was perfectly baked with just the right balance of crisp and chew, the sauce was full of flavor, and the cheese was melted perfectly. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, which made every slice satisfying. Whether it was catered or ordered for a group, the pizza stayed hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every box was a hit, and there wasn’t a single slice left behind. You can tell Pomodoros takes real pride in the quality of their pizza. Highly recommend Pomodoros if you’re looking for consistently great pizza that pleases a crowd. I will definitely be ordering again!“

“I catered my kids’ New Year’s party from Big Bites, and this place is absolutely amazing. The food was unbelievably delicious—we ordered pizza, wings, salads, gyros, and several sandwiches, and everything was a hit. The owner is incredibly kind and humble, which made the experience even better. Every single item we got was outstanding. “I love Ferati’s - The food is delicious, service is great, they are very accommodating shud I request a little change in Preparation.“

“I ordered from my job once in a while and don't have time to call. Their online ordering system is amazing and you can write any note and they will actually read it and do what you need. I had a problem months ago and the owner actually called me and spoke with me. She was a very nice lady and the reason I haven't nixed the place. Food is delicious 😊 5 stars always!“

“Buonasera is our go to place to eat! It's great to bring friends to, great to have a date night, great for girls or guys night, just super great! The food is FANTASTIC! After going there for years and really enjoying everything my new crave is the Caprese Tower and the Calamari and Shrimp Fra Devraj. Although honestly, you can't go wrong with anything. Did I mention BYOB :)“

“Thank you, George and staff Always aiming to make things right.“

“The pizza was delicious! They don’t use any artificial or super-processed ingredients, so even the Coke was Mexican Coke that uses agave sweetener versus corn syrup! Casual but feels upscale.“

“Buffalo Chicken pizza with Blue Cheese drizzle was delicious. Great, friendly service...“

“When an owner like Donny is devoted to his business and truly concerned about quality, the result brings more than satisfied “repeat” customers! Congrats on bringing quality delights to the community! See you soon... Stan Jaffe“

“We ate dinner for the first time at Enzo’s last weekend ! The food was delicious ! Def recommend reservations . We had the pleasure to meet Frank he was so enjoyable to chat too as well as shared his k owledge on a few dishes . Made us feel welcome ! We will be back“

“Small pizzeria, but very cozy feel (and cute Halloween decor). I ordered a half margherita, half cheesesteak pizza- waited 10minutes for the kind woman at the counter to make it, and headed home. I must say, both halves of the pizza were delicious. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh and I loved the crust!! My one and only recommendation to be to add more sauce to both kinds of pizza. It was hard for me to distinguish details like the seasonings, sweetness level, and if it was more fresh or rich tasting. Will be back soon. :)“

“Stopped here (while traveling on 287 (exit 45)) for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered pizza and the godfather panini. Everything was fresh and super flavorful. Only complaint is that we live too far to visit more frequently. Will definitely be back again when we are in the area.“

“Food is always excellent. Service is always pleasant. Been going here since we moved in town, i guess almost 25+ years now.

I don't fit the seats so we always get take out.

We just discovered their fried wings. Very, very good. (I've always purchased Italian here)

If you haven't been here, give it a try. Its the Italian I grew up with.“

“Love the pizza and the chicken parm! We always try to get Brenda as our server.....she is quick and always remembers us! Makes it feel like home! :-)“

“I’ve been eating pizza my whole life, and like most people, the foods you grow up with usually stay your favorites, same for my wife and me. But after a recent trip to Italy, we both agreed… pizza in Italy is on another level! 🇮🇹🍕

So imagine our surprise yesterday when we stopped into A Legna Wood Fired Pizza and after the VERY first bite, we looked at each other and just smiled.

This Margherita pizza was hands down the BEST pizza we’ve had in New Jersey, and trust me, we’ve tried pizza spots all over the state!

The crust, the sauce, the fresh mozzarella… absolutely incredible. If you’re looking for amazing pizza, do yourself a favor and stop by! And bonus: they’re BYOB too! 🍷🍕“

“My family has bought our pizza from here for the past 50+ years. Always great pizza.“

“Best eggplant parm around!“

“i love the pizza and pasta“

“Holy moly……. The food here is phenomenal, ambience is perfect, service is 💯. The gentleman at the front counter making the food and serving is passionate and a true artist with food. I added a picture, wanted to share it before I bit into it, but the aroma, taste, and texture was 🔥!! I had the cheesesteak pizza- of all the speciality slices I’ve had in many years- this was the best one.

I drove 30 minutes back here because it’s the best!! Support local!

Have a lovely New Year“

“Incredible pizza, soups, sandwiches and entrees - top shelf everything and customer service is the best -highly recommend“

“We’ve ordered a few times. The pizza has always been stellar. It’s become our go to whenever we get the craving. The chicken parms can be inconsistent. Never bad, but sometimes crazy good. Feel like on some orders they could have cooked the cutlet longer (can tell by color) or maybe the breading is different? I give that a pass though because the pizza is so good.“

“Excellent food! Friendly atmosphere as well?“

“Haven’t been to this Blaze in awhile because it was never really good at this location
I recently visited twice and I was pleasantly surprised to see a manager, Ricardo I believe his name badge said and a team of well qualified caring individuals! The place was clean and everyone was friendly and the pizza was too perfection !!! Keep up the good work , we’ll def be back :)

“A Hidden Gem in Wharton That Keeps Getting Better!

This evening we had a truly wonderful dinner at Reno’s Pizzeria and Restaurant in Wharton, NJ. From start to finish, everything about our visit was top-notch. Our server, Shirley, was incredibly attentive—friendly, prompt, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out, though, was that Reno himself came by to check in and ensure we were enjoying our evening. It’s not every day you see that level of care and pride from an owner, and it absolutely elevated the experience.

We started with two fantastic appetizers—the eggplant rollatini and little neck clams in marinara sauce. Both were delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. For entrees, we chose the mahi mahi in mango sauce special and the shrimp scampi over linguini. Each dish was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Compliments to the chef—truly excellent work in the kitchen!

We ended our meal on a sweet note with the mini cannolis, which were perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor.

Although Reno’s (formerly Maria’s) has been a staple in town for some time, their recent expansion into a charming sit-down dining area has added so much to the local dining scene. It’s cozy, welcoming, and a perfect spot for a relaxed and satisfying dinner. Reno’s is a real asset to Wharton, and we’ll definitely be back! (PS It's BYOB!)“

“The Alfredo tortellini is absolutely amazing and definitely one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
It’s so delicious that I always look forward to having it again.
Everything is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The portions are generous, and the presentation is lovely too.
But what really makes this place special for me is the waiter.
He is kind, funny, polite, and always makes you feel welcome.
I’ve been to restaurants all over the world, and he is still my number one! ⭐🍝“
