“The chicken is really good! The honey garlic sauce is perfectly sweet and garlicky and the plain chicken is seasoned very well. The skin has an aesthetic crunch and isn't soggy on the plain but the sauce does make the skin on the honey garlic chickens a bit soggy. I ordered a whole chicken and the chicken breasts were quite dry but the drums were perfect and juice was spilling out when I took a bite. I would give the place a 5 if it weren't for the dryness of the chicken and sogginess. Overall the chicken is extremely good compared to other chicken joints and I would still give this place a try.“

“Across the street from the Apollo and busy. 20 people can sit inside. The spice does not make you sweat but it’s a hot feeling! Medium is spicy enough even with 2 packets of honey and special sauce! You can share the slider entree with crinkle fries it’s so filling. Doesn’t come with a drink. The spice is curry-esque, even if you don’t like curry you will like this!“

Their chicken sandwich is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. On top of that, the service was fantastic! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. “Last week I visited this store. The staff was very kind and helped me with my first order. The food was very satisfying. The chicken was crispy and very tasty. One thing I felt was that the chicken wings were a little small, but they tasted so good that I didn't care. They give me extra wing. I feel grateful for their service. The fried chicken is one of a rare breed of fried chicken that actually doesn't need any kind of condiments or dressing to make it taste good. It's great just as is. “The fried chicken tastes delicious and you actually get meat with your order. Not just fried bones with little to no meat like some places around there. And they do it all while still delivering their signature, 'My pleasure,' which somehow makes me feel like I’m at a five-star restaurant rather than a mall food court.

“I've been to so many chicken spots in NYC, but this is, by far THE best TX chicken spot in the entire Bronx. Their biscuits were the best part of the meal too. I tried a bite from one from my husband's meal and ended up going back up to order a 6pk of biscuits afterwards. The guys serving were super kind and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best price for what we were ordering too.

I ended up ordering the cheeseburger and sweet chili flavored wings. The food was amazing! The burger was perfectly grilled and the brioche bread was soft and toasty. Definitely try it with the munch (orange) sauce! The wings were even better! I like the wings crispy but if you don’t just ask to make it the way you like. The best part of it all is they close 2 AM.
