“When my brothers were kids, they would stop to eat at Hiram"s on their way back from Palisade's Amusement Park. My mom would always ask why. My brothers replied, "the food is better at Hiram's! When I worked for Thomas J. Lipton in Englewood Cliffs, my co-workers and I went to Hiram's for lunch often. I plan on going very soon! I so love Hiram's for the food and it's longevity.“

“Phenomenal from start to finish!! We were lucky to have the place to ourselves for an early dinner. Dani, co-owner & chef, greeted us with a warm welcome. You could tell right away she had a genuine interest in making our experience special. We started out with a creamy, simple burrata that came with homemade focaccia. The bread was SO perfect. We each had salmon with Israeli couscous and broccolini. The salmon was cooked to perfection and paired nicely with the wine suggested by Dani. Then dessert…it was so difficult to pick just one!!! So we got three! Ana, the other owner, is the evil genius behind the to die for desserts!! Tiramisu, mascarpone cheesecake (we took it to go) and an apple cider donut with vanilla ice cream. (The donut was so absolutely divine that my boyfriend ordered a second serving!!) And can I just say the cappuccinos were on point! My mouth is watering just thinking about it all again! I hope others visit and enjoy the fabulous food, service and atmosphere at Mambo. We don’t live around the corner, but will definitely make the drive back because the whole experience was just that good. I wish Dani and Ana much success. Holy Schlitz! This is the best pastrami I've ever tasted including Katz's, Carnegie Deli (70s-90s), & Harold's of Raritan (80s-2010s)! If you've not gone, GO!!! I won't steer you wrong. It's tender, juicy, fresh, and has so much flavor! It's the Kobe of Pastrami! Sorry, didn't try the corn beef or knish but maybe next time. I got the $15.95 sandwich plus one Lb of pastrami $26.95. Tax is 6.625%. I paid cash but they do take cc. Just GO!“

“The egg toasts were delectable! Actually so happy my sister and I chose to come by. It has a tiny kick of spice which was a pleasant surprise. My sister got the vanilla flat white coffee and she loved it and finished it so quickly. The only thing I wasn't over the
moon for was the corndog. I got the mozarella hot dog corn dog and it was okay. I wouldn't get it again.

The space is small but offers some seating indoors and outdoors. I will definitely try to come again for the egg toast specifically.“

“Went there today for the first time with my wife, I had the 10 West burger, so delicious, cooked perfectly and the burger was huge, just the right number of toppings and the bacon jam hit it out of the park. The sweet potato fries were excellent and enough for two people. The chips that come with the burger were also good. My wife had the regular burger with no cheese and an order of regular fries. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. We were given a little disc that lit up and vibrated when the order was ready to be picked up at the counter. One of the best burgers around! A little pricy, but definitely worth it! We'll be going back for another delicious mouthwatering experience!“

“Good mochi donuts on the go! The flavors are best and the dough is soft and gooey! Love the ube flavor! Location: It is located inside Hmart grocery store. Once you enter go right side and you will find the food court. There is a few seatings inside, but due to covid it is better to take the donuts home. Service: I did not have any interaction with the employees. We just order and go. Food: All that we ordered was delicious, we had UBE, MATCHA, YUZU, NUTELLA, COOKIES and CREAM and BLACK SESAME. My favorites are UBE and BLACK SESAME, they have distinct flavors. The dough is soft and gooey, which is what I like for a mochi donut. Price rating: 7/10, it was not that bad for the price. The donut is good! Will definitely come back here if I visit again Hmart in this location! Get the Ube and Black Sesame!“

“Pending the consumption of food…consumed the food… Gooood mother of Christ and the holy bible dipped in holy water I felt like a pig and I loved every bit of it! This should be illegal. I got the Carolina burger, very good! The ONLY complaint is that it has quite a bit of sauce for my liking, not all the burgers are like that. Home made fries from fries! There are so many international restaurants in NYC that it's OK to be receptive to people spending money and of different cultural backgrounds.
