“This is my initial experience trying their cuisine, as I opted for takeout from this place for the first time. All I can express is, "Wow!" Their food is incredibly delicious! ? I've been on the lookout for an Indian restaurant with the finest chicken masala and butter chicken, as I've noticed some Indian eateries lose their touch over time. The chicken was expertly cooked, and unlike other places where the chicken masala can be rubbery or taste old, this was hands down the best I've ever had in New Jersey.“

“The food is pretty good but, the service is impeccable. The waitress was amazing. She is attentive, aware, and polite. The restaurant, is warm and homely. It is spacious, yet intimate. I can't sing the praises of this establishment any more. I highly recommend this establishment.“

“Overall experience is a 4.5 stars . As a customer I don’t want to feel like I’m forced to tip servers . Furthermore I don’t want it to seem as if I don’t support staff for doing their job but a mandatory 18% service fee is ridiculous if that wasn’t included in my bill my waitress was seeing atleast 20% to 25% of my bill but unfortunately service fee being designed prior is not a stylish fit to the atmosphere. Wonderful spot butter chicken items have Indian touch perfectly drinks are poured amazingly dj is great can’t complain other than business seeming to want to force cash grab. I’m fortunate enough to afford to do this but if you saw this spot from instagram as me and wanted to take a date and wanted to dollar count just make sure you add 18% to your bill.“

“Love this place. We mostly order in and the whole family loves the food. Eating in the restaurant is even better, more authentic, experience. It's our go-to place when we don't feel like cooking at home and don't want to argue about picking a place because it's universally loved.“

“Please DO NOT use Doordash as your delivery option. Twice I did not receive my order ( puri aloo) and the delivery person showed it as delivered.Ofcourse Doordash refunded my money. But it is very disappointing to keep waiting for your order to realize that you will never get it.“

“Haven't been here in several months, but had dinner tonight. It was even better than I remembered. Owner Vikram remembered me and was so friendly as always. The place is now bustling with guests! I recommend you make a reservation now! Not sure if they have a new chef but the curries are even more savory and the portions remain very generous and ingredients fresh as always. I need to come back more often. Definitely the best Indian restaurant in the area! Easy parking, friendly service, excellent food, beautiful ambience. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out!“

“Neha Palace has the most delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. The owner and the rest of the staff are very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I have been coming here for years and this place never disappoints from the taste of the food to the service. This restaurant is 10/10.“

“So, so good. Great selection of food. The food came out quickly and was amazing. The servers were all very kind and hospitable. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely feels "fancy" without being insanely pricey. The chili cheese naan was definitely my favorite item, perfectly soft and wonderfully cheesy and spicy, but everything we ordered was fantastic.Vegetarian options: Indian restaurants never disappoint with delicious, flavorful veggie options, and this was no exception. There's a generous, clearly labelled vegetarian section, which I very much appreciate.“

“I have only ordered delivery from this restaurant so far. The lunch specials come in cute containers at large portions. I enjoy the food and my students do as well. I often try to order different dishes, but always get biriyani, mango lassi, and chai every time I order. Very good food.“

“Best desi option in the UWS. Slightly upscale but they are generous with portions and well worth it. I like that they keep more traditional recipes and flavors on the menu so it is not just typical Indian food for Americans. Having a tandoori spot near home is so nice! I am writing this review mainly because their service is exceptional, something that can be hard to find at a busy restaurant in the city dealing with a large volume of delivery. Had an issue that was Grubhub’s fault and when I called they were incredibly helpful and did more than Grubhub could offer. Exceptional and they went out of their way to help even when they didn’t have to. I wish I had called them sooner.“

“It's a typical eat in fast food place. Few tables only. The food I have tried from here is the Butter Chicken Rive Bowl and the Tandoori Chicken Rice Bowl and love them. You can eat it all but then feel sorry cause it is filling. I normally leave half for the next day or split one for me and the wife and we good for dinner. Prices are acceptable for the amount of food. Would be nice to find some $5 off coupons....(Fluffies hint hint....)Parking: It is a small shopping center with parking at front and usually can find a spot. There is more around back.Wheelchair accessibility: It is street level so should be no issues for wheelchair users.“

“After being in Hackensack for a while and trying out all the Indian restaurants in the neighboring areas, this place is amazing in terms of the ambiance and food. The food here reminds me of India (only if you order it spicy). This has become my go to spot.“

“Ordered takeout for my son’s birthday on Friday. We ordered a variety of dishes to share and we were not disappointed! Everything was excellent, including the naan, butter chicken, paneer, lamb, samosas, to name a few. Looking forward to ordering again.“

“Today was our first visit here. Ron was an excellent host. The interior seating is small yet cozy. We tried the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Fish Curry Lunch Box. Both meals were large portions, tasted great and reminsant of southern home Indian cooking. Parking is amble for about 20 vehicles. Restaurant is located on a quiet street, passing traffic was minimum. Recommend for catering, eat in or delivery.Parking: About 20 large cars or about 30 compact cars. Additional parking is free on the street.“

“We went on a recommendation and really liked it. We are vegetarian and there were many choices, not only in the veggie curry section (of which there are ~20 choices)…so read the menu if you’re vegetarian. I feel confident that the meat, etc is likely also excellent. We started with Hara Bhara Kebab and then we had Saufina Paneer Tikka, Punjabi Kadhi and Tofu Matar. (Wewanted to try some different things. See the menu for descriptions)The appetizer was tasty. Not a ton of cheese but a new (to us) variation on an Indian fried patty. The mains were very good. The Hara Bhara Kebab was my favorite. And we both loved the Dal Makhani that came with it. The Punjabi Kadhi was my partner’s favorite. Lots of sauce as opposed to the drier, but delicious tandoori spiced cheese with grilled peppers and onions. The Tofu Matar was good, but less flavorful. We will be back!“

“I order Togo from here and the food is always delicious! Samosas, garlic naan, and shrimp tandoor are always my go to and it hits every time. The inside of this restaurant seems cute for a little night out in the neighborhood (I’ve just never ate in). The staff are always pleasant and the food is prepared pretty fast!“

“Manjal is our favorite Indian restaurant. It's a quaint, cozy spot in Ridgewood, NJ. Food is delicious! You have to order the boom boom chicken appetizer, and for an amazing vegetarian option, the honey chili cauliflower is ridiculously good! They have Saratoga still water, which is the best. Excellent food and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit.“

“No offense intended. Food is excellent; however I'm not pleased with the convenience fee ($1.50) and carryout fee ($1.50)... what is up with that? So let me get this straight, you're going to charge me $1.50 to pack up an order which, by no option, is carryout because you're not a sit down restaurant? This is on top of the 3.5% credit card surcharge, and taxes. Not cool.Let's finish with the pricing of Bombay's menu. You're seriously getting outta hand with the pricing... pretty soon you'll price every dish in the mid $30 range. It's easy to drop $100 on two people for little in the quantity of food. This is why I decreased my patronage with you; but who cares about one person. Thanks“

“In the mood for Indian food we saw that Kamal Palace had really good reviews. All in, it was worth the trip. The food was not great but it was good. The samosas were a tad oily and the curries were not as flavorful as I would have hoped. However, the service was great and the price can’t be beat. Seriously, we ordered two apps, two dinner plates, and two orders of naan and it came to about $50!“

“After craving Indian food one day, I looked for a place that was near me that I could go and buy food myself without traveling too far, I found this place, I’d say Kind of hidden. Thank you for google! I’ve been eating their chicken tikka masala, the garlic naan, halwa, and chicken biryani and if just hit my craving on spot! I’ve bought from them twice already and I know this will now be my go to place especially when I want rice meals. Pls support small businesses like these. They need us too.“

“It was the first time at Dehli Accent restaurant and they did not disappoint. Although we didn't have a reservation on Valentines Day they accommodated us and actually gave us wonderful seats by the window. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. The Manger made sure that we were happy throughout the meal and the whole staff were on point. Will definitely be returning with family and friends.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options were very good and tasty.“

“We had a good experience at chef kitchen. This was our first ever visit. We have both loved Indian cuisine for many years and we found chefs kitchen just by chance online as we were searching for a new restaurant in the area. The food was packed with great flavors one would expect and the service was fantastic. My girl friend had Butter Chicken and I had the Chicken tikka masala which was nice and flavourful. The Naan bread was very good and soft.thank you chef and team for the best food.“

“Me and my daughter went to riverdale, we tried the chicken tikki massalla, pani puri, rosemary naan and samossas. It was the best Indian food we’ve ever tried, the chicken was moist and so was the rich. The best drink I recommend is the mango chutney, 10/10.“

“Pretty good. I've had worse indian food at better rated places for a lot more money. It's weird that they give dal with the order of an entree, but I don't mind. It was solid. The garlic nan was really good. Garlicky and a lot of coriander. Not too buttery, which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you're looking for.Chicken tikka masala was thick, not too tomatoey (which is good), and tasted nice. Could've used the tiniest pinch more salt. I got it medium, but it was pretty mild in terms of spiciness. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly, which is pretty rare in many restaurants around the city.Solid portion size. Good prices. Good service.Edit: The lunch combos don't seem worth it to me. They give a small portion of the chosen entree, plus 2 pieces of naan, a bunch of rice, and a salad with a small amount of chickpea saag. I got the tandoori chicken lunch combo and, with one tandoori chicken leg, naan, rice, and salad, I was eating a lot of plain rice and plain naan. Doesn't make much sense.Tandoori chicken had a good flavor but was a bit underseasoned. If you want it, I'd suggest just ordering the entree and not the lunch combo.“

“Hands down this place gets all the stars!!! The food was out of this world, very authentic, you can tell it’s family owned, family recipe which tells me it’s all made with love.I walked in and was greeted by all of the staff. I already knew I wanted from the hot buffet, but I’m terrible with ordering food in any kind of authentic restaurants because I can’t say anything Spanish. I also was ordering in a confusing way because I just didn’t know how else to say what I wanted but the woman who helped me was fantastic! She was beyond patient with me and laughing and made me feel comfortable and not like the biggest pain in the butt. I did decide to pull out and use google translate because I knew it was me making things sound more complicated. She laughed, and that cleared up everything, and she even used it back to make me feel less silly which was the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. I actually walked out with the biggest smile on my face because of that woman, she made my day.I’ve worked in the food business for over 20 years and in management and I have to say, you don’t find service like that anywhere anymore. If that was anywhere else I would’ve gotten a lot of attitude and frustration. I was so pleased and enjoyed my first experience so much that I can’t wait to go back.Even though it’s almost an hour from me, it’s totally worth the trip. Aside from the amazing service and friendly staff, the place was very clean, the food was out of this world, the portions were huge. I got for 2 people and after I got home it wound up feeding 3 people. I give them 10 ⭐️’s because 5 just isn’t enough.“

“It’s fine. Rogan Josh was good, good amount of meat in the curry. The malai curry is bland. The raita is too expensive for what you get. They forgot an item in my take out order, but made it for me when I went back. One of the rices I got was starting to stale.I feel like Indian restaurants are trying to have a competition - who can sell a cheese naan with the least amount of cheese possible? Clove would win.“
“Located in Bergen County, this place is very small and offers limited seating. The place doesn't have much ambiance as such but they do have some good food to serve. I bought jalebi and fafda but was disappointed to know that they don't offer the papaya chutney. The chutneys which they offered were too watery and this can be improved upon whereas I had also bought dhokla which was fresh and was good. This place does offer the majority of snacks but I believe they can expand on the business by offering certain snacks( example: khandvi) through orders.“

“This is my first time writing a review because it is worth it. I order the Partha Muthal Paneer butter Masala and Balle Lakka Butter Chicken and it was delicious. It brought me back to goa where i try the chicken for the first time. I will recommend Zanu's Kitchen if you want to eat real indian food. I will definitely order again from here. I have to try other dishes but I am sure I won't be disappointed.“
