Health Food Restaurants near Dunellen, NJ

“Great healthy food! Highly recommend to anyone“

“What a great random stop on Sunday morning in search for nutritious juice with the family! Great customer service, delicious menu items and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend the banana split and bikini bottom drinks. Will certainly be back.“

“better than playa bowls might i say… i love the almond shavings and cacao nibs! however it’s weird that you cannot make a rewards account after ordering already. they should include a barcode on the receipt or smth so customers can create an account by themselves“

“I’ve always passed by this place but today was the first time I actually went in…and I’m soo happy I did because I was absolutely in LOVE with the almond butter smoothie & the freshly squeezed carrot beet ginger juice that I ordered today. The taste, freshness, and variety of options easily beat any Jamba Juice or Smoothie King that I’ve been too.

I’ve been looking for a fresh smoothie/juice place for a while and I think I’ve officially found the one. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Finally gave this place a try and it exceeded all my expectations. Everything is fresh and packed with flavor, portions are perfect. Pricing is so fair for the quality and amount of food you get. For a healthy fast food restaurant, this place is doing gods work when it comes to serving customers. The employees are very nice and welcoming and the inside is very clean and spacious. I can't wait to try more of their items on the menu. First time having ahi tuna and sesame noodles and i was blown away. Best healthy meal I've had in my life. Keep up the great work guys 🙏“

“Knight 9 Nutrition is the perfect place for anyone who wants to enjoy delicious sweet treats while still fueling their body with quality protein and nutrients. Tino offers an amazing variety of high-protein, low-sugar, and low-calorie versions of favorites like waffles, smoothies, and donuts—and everything tastes genuinely delicious.

The banana pudding smoothie is my personal favorite, but every item I’ve tried has been excellent. Most options have around 20–30 grams of protein, making it easy to enjoy something sweet without feeling like you are compromising your nutrition goals.

Tino is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He makes everyone feel welcome and clearly cares about both the quality of the food and the customer experience. The interior is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is inviting, and the overall vibes are amazing.

I highly recommend Knight 9 Nutrition to anyone looking for tasty, protein-packed treats in a great environment.“

“If you’re looking for an amazing pre- or post-workout treat — or just something delicious to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty — this place is it. The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Everything they serve is made with natural, organic ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of ultra-processed stuff going into your body. It’s refreshing to find a spot that focuses on quality while still making drinks that taste this good. It’s always a great choice when you need a quick energy boost to keep your day going. Highly recommended.“

“Greek Yogurt is the absolute best! Fresh and rich in taste! Portion sizes could be a little bit more generous. 🥲 Highly recommend though.“

“Friendly service and open on Sundays! So glad I found this shop while traveling through Newport! Very helpful in trying to find my usual drink flavor.“

“Shakes are delicious, filling, and best of all, healthy! You're missing something great if you haven't tried a shake from Simple Shakes!“

“I recommend the Orgreen bowl and miso soup. A perfect lunch in cold weather.“

“Tahniyah Is definitely an asset to this location , I visited this store back in November and the staff was focused on the phones and not paying me any mind. I decided that the attention was not placed upon myself and I did not choose to spend my hard working dollars at this location.“

“The place was empty for 1230pm on a Monday. Maybe because it was raining. Service and food was great! I never had any problems with the food at any Playa bowls. It's always consistent! Tons of flavor and crunch! I ordered the Nica bowl this time to try something different. It tasted great! Still, my favorite is the coco power bowl. Parking is a bit of a pain. You are in downtown Summit.“

“I love the bowls but I switch up get a smoothies 😋 Everything is so good always greeted with warm welcome no matter who comes in the store. Ness thank you so much everything was delicious. If you never been to PLAYA BOWLS IN SOMERVILLE NJ I TELL YOU WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED. Ness is the Best“

“We had such a great experience with Playa Bowls! They made bowls for our junior high volleyball team’s team feed, and everyone loved them! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully put together. The staff was so kind and easy to work with, and they did an amazing job taking care of our team. We highly recommend Playa Bowls for a delicious and fun option for teams, events, or just a yummy treat! 🥥🏐💛“

“Catered from here for my team building / staff appreciation event and it was amazing!! Everyone raved about the food - perfection selection of assorted sandwiches, apple waldy salad was the perfect pick for all taste buds ... truffles fries were the perfect add on, crispy and tasty! You have a whole new team of fans!!! Thank you!“

“The food was very good but the service was so extremely slow. By the time we realized that our food should’ve arrived, we didn’t even order! I had to walk to the bar and ask somebody to take our order. We were sitting for so long with menus in front of us. The food came quickly and was delicious. Great options, well balanced. The coffee is delicious too! I would come back despite the awful service. It wasn’t that busy either, but nonetheless the servers were friendly.“

“I love this place. Many options for any type of salad you want.“
