“We had the pleasure of dining for the first time at Due 360 in Summit. From the moment we walked in, Luis the manager and Brianna welcomed us and seated us promptly. Luis was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our order. Our server Sofia was extraordinary! she was warm and friendly with genuine smile. She offered excellent recommendations and we had conversation as if we're know each other for years. We started with a complimentary bruschetta, it was tasty and nicely flavored. I ordered the Tapas- Polpo Ala Plancha, Steak Yuca Frities and Crabmeat/shrimp tacos. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor. The portion was perfect and the presentation was impeccable. Due 360 was quite a gem of an Argentine-Italian restaurant (interesting combo but it worked!). This place is going to be my "go to" dining spot. I highly recommend it and the experience is worth it.“

“We've been meaning to to try so many of the new restaurants in the area. We finally got here for a late lunch today. Not surprisingly on a Thursday at 2PM and snowing, we had the place to ourselves. It was fortunate because the woman who took care of us explained everything to us in detail. I wasn't familiar with the Kurobuta pork. Apparently it's known as the, "Kobe beef of pork." All their pork come from Berkshire pigs. They come from a farm in Jersey. I'm guessing North Jersey. (Lot's of cool info if you Google them) Cooking is done using White charcoal which is used in traditional Japanese cooking. We started with the crispy cauliflower. It had crispy shallots & tahini vinegarette on them. They were delicious! Then the Shanghai bao. Filling was pork. (naturally) So delicious and juicy! When you slice them in half watch for the juice to squirt! We ordered six skewers. Two with pork jowel (cheek) Two regular pork and two fish. Again, delicious. i also had a bowl of spicy miso ramen. Our server explained how the broth is simmered for eight hours with pig bones and marrow. I could tell as the broth was very rich! That was it for us. We were both very full and i even took half of my ramen. We can't wait to return and bring friends! Highly recommend! ✌️“

“My friend and I just happened to have stumbled upon this place while visiting a nearby rehab & we completely fell in love with it. The man who served us was super friendly, the overall vibe and decor of the place was so inviting & charming and most importantly, the food was delicious!! I cannot wait to go back there!“

“I went there with my wife this evening and it was a great experience. We had delivery a couple of times, but eating at the restaurant was so much better. We were greeted with a big smile by Demi and she took great care of us. We had the large Meze appetizer and the small Mixed Grill and it was perfect. We had plenty to take home for Super Bowl snacks. We had a nice chat with Demi and she gave us a complimentary dessert of their homemade ice cream. The flavors were baklava and walnut. They were delicious. I highly recommend eating there. “super small place oy about 6 tables plus a few bar seats. food is super expensive but we had Erin as our server and she was absolutely wonderful. can't say enough nice things about her. super friendly and very attentive to our needs. she made it a wonderful experience. food was not great, a little bit greasy and very overpriced. there's literally about 4 choices on the entire menu. Reuben sandwich with fries ($15) chicken tenders with fries($13) bowl of mac and cheese ($12) chicken wings (6 for $8) we weren't going to eat here but it is inside the hotel and we didn't want to drive anymore after a long road trip to get to the hotel. if it wasn't for Erin's awesome service then we would have walked out.“

“I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities.
