“Was my 1st time visiting having been introduced by my mom and brother. Inside was clean, bright and full of informative signs about ingredients etc.

I had a coco craze bowl and though the honey wasn't needed it was still great. Bowl had fresh fruits and i loved the texture of the granola when combined.“

“Felix is the man and the smoothie and smoothie bowls are always a delicious and healthy bang for your buck, but having had the Spicy Squash and Chicken Noodle Soup, I can safely say this is my favorite spot to grab something tasty and healthy and worth the money, the soup is sooooooo good. I walked it while he was prepping another batch of the squash soup. And it smelled soooooooo oooo o good. The picture of my soup doesn’t do it justice as I’ve eaten the chicken out of it and now I’m sipping on the broth which has the slightest kick to it. I’m obsessed. “Shoutout to Marques who helped me out & for putting me on to this gem! I tried The Blueprint and I was not disappointed. It was my first time ever trying blue spirulina and honestly, what a way to be introduced to it. The flavor was amazing and I loved knowing I was drinking something that was actually good for me. Even the juice Beet Bop was good.

But beyond the drinks, the vibe here is something unique. The hospitality is genuine, and unlike anything you'd expect from a juice bar, it's the kind of place that has its own personality and energy.

“Really good smoothies, they have many options and the customer service is very good and friendly, today was my first time and the lady was so nice and so kind to help me decide what I wanted, I ordered the 20oz Gladiator and it’s very tasty. I will definitely come back to this place. 10/10“

For one the service is amazing as soon as I walked in I was greeted not only by the workers but by the patrons as well. The atmosphere made me feel right at home. Last but certainly not least the food was amazing my omelette was fluffy my bacon was nice and crispy the shredded potatoes were made to perfection and the toast with butter was on point!!! She recommended the Nana bowl, along with the Funky monkey smoothie, and gut green juice. They also have Dubai chocolate strawberries which I must try when I come back :) My favorite items I ordered were the funky monkey protein smoothie and the gut juice :)“

“When my son came down with a high temp, awful sore throat, and queasy stomach, I remembered hearing about the congee at Fresh Bui. So I called on my way home from work and placed an order to pick up for him - without issue. On arrival, I realized that the shop had already closed, but the owner was inside waiting for me to pick up. So kind!! I thanked her and told her I was bringing the porridge to my sick son, and she insisted on making him a special herbal tea remedy. She was so wonderful, and the combo of the congee and tea definitely put my son on the road to recovery! I have also enjoyed their teas and smoothies from time to time, but this was an "above and beyond" experience. So thankful to have Fresh Bui right here in town!“

I was greeted by a woman and man behind the counter who I presume to be the owners..they were quite friendly. I was looking for a smoothie place that opens before 7am and they opened at 6am. It's located on Bloomfield Ave in Newark, NJ and if you know the area, it's quite busy. Parking may be scarce. I ordered the coffee banana smoothie and it was tasty. It was approximately 32oz? And it was 10.00. They also have add ins such as protein, collagen, etc.This may seem pricey but healthy food will cost you. I wanted to try the crepes which also were 10.00 but I did not have time to wait. The smoothie was not too sweet which I liked. I would like to try their other flavors so I will definitely go back. My one issue is that a list of ingredients of the smoothies would be helpful, as well as what is used to sweeten the smoothies.“
