“Love Maruichi. Just got back from Japan. Didn’t realize my daruma doll hankachi towru from Maruichi is Imabari! Top quality! LOVE their matcha pan and, my excellent hotel in Kyoto lent out the same cool water bottle that I bought here. Also! The KireiKirei foam hand soap is so good and I used it in Japan at good public restroom too. Need some Furoshiki so I’m coming back soon!“

“I just got back from a trip to Tokyo/Kyoto and have been seriously depressed missing all the delicious Japanese food I was able to eat over there. Thankfully I found Mizu Japanese Cuisine on Uber Eats. I ordered the Chicken Katsu which comes with all the fixings (salad, miso soup, rice). The chicken was so juicy and delicious. I also got a side order of pork Gyoza which really tied the meal together. If you are stuck in a post-Japan trip depression this place will surely lift your spirits. The food will seriously hit the spot! The only thing missing is the moist towelette :P Highly recommend. Thank you.“

“The best food, comes out hot on time and even if you order apps and dinner all at once you won't get your food all at once or feel like you are being rushed. The atmosphere is great and the service is exceptional!!!! and when you go dine in please look for him he is terrifc especially with the kids!!! we ask for him always!!! hes the best!!!“

“Quickly seated, drink and app order taken. Solid menu of sushi and cooked dishes. Edamame was served nice and hot along with my green tea. Salad was nice and fresh, ginger dressing just right. The sashimi was beautifully plated and tasted great. My glass was never empty and service kind. Absolutely recommend and would return.“

“Great boba! A lot of milk tea doesn’t even taste of tea, but this spot does it right. The boba is perfectly supple and flavorful too, plenty of chew not over cooked or under. I went here 3 times and the service was fast and the boba quality was perfectly consistent the entire week. Would highly recommend for a quick grab brown sugar boba milk tea. I tried the Japanese dessert place next door for the same drink and it was disappointing in most dimensions compared to Kung Fu Tea.“

“My husband, who eats sushi like its water, found this place one day and couldn't wait to show me. They are a small, cozy shop in a basement in the city. They have a respectively diverse menu for a sushi restaurant and make everything individually to order. With this in mind, yes please plan to spend time there. It is a bit pricey, but for us it is worth it every time.“

“I was so excited to see this business open again and it didn't disappoint! All the dishes were so very good! I had the noodles with black bean sauce, a recommendation from one of the servers who was kind enough to describe several of the dishes I was unfamiliar with and it was delicious! It's a bit out of the way, but worth going to in person if you can. If you can't take out is also good!“

“THE Sushi was excellent and fresh. I had Salmon Roll Hand made and Tuna Roll enjoyed both.Also order Wonton Soup was great. You can't judge a book nye it's cover. Drove bye there didn't look like much. I ordered Door Dash I'd order from them again“

“Midori is our local Go To for consistently good sushi. We've been going here for a few years now since they reopened a while after COVID. My neighbor's turned us on to the place when they ordered sushi platters during and after COVID since they didn't open their dining area until much after most places had already opened. Their sushi and food has remained consistent with quality and taste and never failed us. Sushi is always fresh tasting and lots of variety of specialty rolls also. My kids really love the chicken katsu dinner and always get that. Their Kani salad is one of the best I've had around the area. Their dining area is nice and large with plenty of seating and is a great atmosphere. They are BYOB also, which is a plus. It you are from the area you are missing out if you don't have Midori as one of your go to local sushi spots. You won't be disappointed.“

“You have to try the sweet potato tempura sushi. What a revelation! My omnivore friend and I had a great vegan meal here. There are several vegetarian options that won't make anyone feel deprived.“

“Not sure why the reviews were bad. My salmon nigiri was excellent and soft despite looking a bit less presentable. The Beef Ho Fun was delicious and addictive with soft chewy rice noodles. The service was insane at around 2 lb. I weighed it because I diet. The spicy tuna hand roll was good. Prices are competitive and they deliver themselves, outside the apps.“
