“Obviously the cookies are good but I’m sharing this for the great workers!
Tonight I ordered a 4 pack to get delivered and within in the 2 minutes it took for me to get outside, raccoons stole 3/4
cookies. I ordered another one, telling them they got stolen bc i thought it was funny, and asked them to text me before arrival so it wouldn’t happen again lol.
This is what i saw when I opened the box!

So funny and I appreciate the hospitality involved.

“We came across this bakery and decided to buy some chocolate chip cookies for the go. After taking a few bites, we immediately turned back and went back inside. In two days, we visited 5 times! We had plenty of cookies, Danish pastries, croissants, cinnamon raisin rolls, coffee, and an einkorn loaf. Everything we had has been the best we ever had! We have a picky palate, and Nick & sons surpassed our expectations and even blew us away. The bakers are easy to talk to, and it reminds us of old bakeries' service. The cinnamon raisin roll was outstanding. We never tried anything like it;* the fresh cardamon*, could eat 2 in a row without getting a sugar high or feeling uneasy. Even their coffee is perfect, the BEST of Spring Lake, and ideal for dipping pastries. Now I'm enjoying the 3-day-old Einkorn loaf at home, and it's just so perfect with butter and dipped in coffee. We look forward to revisiting Spring Lake to enjoy more goods at Nick Sons Bakery. Thank you for providing high-quality baked goods.

“I’ve seen a few comments here about cost, and while I don’t even think this place is expensive compared to other similar bakeries, you also get what you pay for. Great service and some of the best desserts in central NJ.

We brought a big assortment to Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. Some highlights include:
-Chocolate Mouse: small simple thing but 5yo niece loved it and was so excited to have her little mouse
-Nutella Croissant: what more could you want? A perfect buttery crispy croissant with a generous amount of Nutella inside the unique shape that keeps it from sog
-Peanut Butter Bombe: tasted like PB, Nutella, with soft chocolate on it and a chocolate cookie bottom, I could eat 10 of these even though they’re quite big
-Napoleon Marble Cake w Raspberry: imo it’s the best thing they have but I love these to begin with, I always order these and this is the best I’ve ever had
-Misc: also had chocolate & vanilla eclairs, Lindser torts, mixed fruit mini pie, almond chocolate croissant - everything ordered was at minimum above average.“

“Kosher bakery with everything you can think of. They offer cakes, cookies, bread, challah, pastries etc... and even sell pizza and sushi. This bakery is the go to bakery in this town and is extremely popular. The pi,za and sushi can have very long waits in the summer especially during peak hours.

“I've been here twice in person and I just ordered uber with them. I don't usually leave a lot of reviews unless I'm moved one way or the other.
I just want to note their cust care! I had ordered a chocolate strawberry shortcake, 1 croissant, and I chocolate puff. The sweetest young lady called me when the uber driver arrived to tell me there are no more chocolate strawberry cake left. I had my heart set on one ?. I said ok to the ref strawberry shortcake and noted how I was looking fwd but it was ok.
I just opened my order to find 6 chocolate puffs ?

My first time in there, I didn’t know what to get and explained to the gentleman behind the counter, Matt , that I like nutty, sweet and caramel latte type of drinks. He suggested their pistachio shortbread latte, and it was amazing. I definitely would not have thought to try that without his recommendation. This was a great place, and I’ll definitely be returning!“
