“I just came here to say that the girl, girls? Sometimes there is two! who work the drive thru window in the morning deserve a raise. They truly bang out that drive thru. I used to come here every morning for months, I haven't in a while. Came through this morning and not only did she notice my coffee was wrong, she went and made it herself all over again. To say I appreciated that is an understatement. I love her and she deserves the recognition. Thank you for holding that place down cause I swear without you, it would probably be a mess. You're doing such a baller job. Keep it up. And give them girls a damn raise forreal!“

“I go here almost every morning and one morning they were closed after I already submitted my order. They noted that I didn’t get my order and gave me a free breakfast today. It’s little things like this that make a difference in customer service! They are always so quick with getting you in and out! I’m happy I found my Dunkin before work.“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. “Employees are very nice, I got a Boston Creme and an iced chai latte, both very good for a Dunkin. The shopping plaza has a very interesting layout and the exterior of the stores feel very outdated, otherwise a nice dunkin. I highly recommend it if you want a quick treat or a drink.“

“I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.

The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

I got the loaded hashbrowns, egg white and veggie omelette bites, and a turkey sausage wake-up wrap. all delicious!“

“I have enjoyed this DD coffee shop and the people I get to meet. The staff have always been helpful and the place in the morning is always busy but that's a good thing. I have met many of the regulars and a new person comes in almost daily. All in all, I have called this my south office when I was working full-time and now that I am retired, I have enjoyed coming here to meet with others. “This location is a hit or miss. There's a high turnover in staff so you never know how experienced the person at the window is.Today I tried a breakfast veggie bowl and really loved it. It's spicy though and I didn't know that ahead of time so it's a good thing I like a little spice once in a while. But my order was correct and it was done promptly so I was in and out of the drive-thru in under 5 minutes so I'm happy. Today was a good day so I'm giving them 4 stars.“

“Never leave reviews, but I went to this Dunkin’ a couple of days ago and loved everything about it. The short girl with glasses working alone was super helpful and kind! It was very hot outside, and we were quite stressed because our car had broken down on the road, but she made our time worthwhile! “For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“The girls in the morning here are on the ball. There maybe a line out the door but you won't wait but a split second and they are nothing less than pleasant, they make it a point to know your name to greet you wish you good morning afternoon evening whatever may be. and consistent my coffee is made the same way all day every day. “This is one of my favorite locations to visit !! The staff here are incredibly amazing ! They are always so friendly and so welcoming every morning, no matter how busy they are! They actually greet you, give you a total and say thank you as you leave. By far the most pleasant staff, most locations have miserable employees. Orders are also always made well.“

“Standard Dunkin/gas station. They will make your order quickly, though. The younger employees speak perfect English. The older ones can be a little harder to understand. But, they always get my orders correct. So, ultimately, it doesn't affect anything. They have skill games, too. If gambling is your thing.“

“Whether my Mom and I go to the Drive-Thru together or individually, we ALWAYS have a positive experience at this Dunkin location (at corner of Briggs Rd. and Rt. 38 in Mount Laurel, across from Ruby Tuesday and Dearborn Circle shopping center)! Most of the staff are very friendly, and they are always very accommodating and efficient. I have worked in customer-facing roles in various industries for over 10 years, so I know exceptional vs. poor service, and overall, the staff at this Dunkin provide consistently great service! (Side note, they landscape the grounds beautifully!)“
