Tall, elegant, and sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberries to hint at the flavor inside. It looked like the top tier of a wedding cake! Everyone was so impressed with it visually but once we tasted it, we all loved how moist and lemony it was. The guests were all raving about how balanced the buttercream was. The texture and sweetness was just right. The guest of honor even swiped some extra frosting off someone else's plate, which I've NEVER seen him do!In this day and age, everyone wants a cake that photographs beautifully. But sometimes a gorgeous cake will be too dry/dense or the frosting just tastes like colored butter. You never want a second piece. It really can be a lottery sometimes. “I highly recommend Goldelicious Cakes for custom cakes and cupcakes. Not only is Jennifer so skilled at baking, she is also thoughtful, friendly, and super easy to communicate with. For my son’s first birthday, she helped create the most memorable orange cake with coordinating cupcakes. Pick-up was easy breezy and the packaging was great and kept the baked goods perfectly in place for the hour drive back home. Jennifer’s creations were such a hit with our friends and family. The blueberry compote filled vanilla cake was scrumptious. I wish I ordered a larger size! The cupcakes had an elegant touch and were incredibly tasty too. “Went and got a few different baked goods. Flan and Chocolate chip cookie was absolutely DELICIOUS, the flan was sweet and smooth and the chocolate chip was soft and not too sweet. Caramel apple cupcake was super cute and tasty. Haven't had the chocolate cupcake yet but it looks absolutely lovely. Only thing was the pistachio macaron was okay, might have just been a bad batch. Overall very tasty and glad I gave it a stop!“

“This is going to by my weekly bubble tea spot. They were so friendly which is always a driving factor for a quality establishment for me. Price point was great. We only got teas today, but I can't wait to try some of their pastries. They looked beautiful and based on other people's reviews they're probably delicious. We got the brown sugar bubble milk tea and Passion fruit green tea with lychee popping boba and just look at that adorable little heart shaped tea stopper. I will be a frequent flyer here“

“A really good bakery in Mount Vernon/ Fleetwood that has it all from cakes , pies , desserts , pastries, cookies , cupcakes and on and on with the sweets . I was in a semi rush so I was able to grab some cupcakes , 2 pounds of mixed cookies , and a Boston creme pie .wish I had more time as the display of sweets were too much to handle for my waist but you got to enjoy at least one or twice a month ..loved the pie as it was fresh and one cupcake and one cookie was my allotted limit for the month , glad the month is almost over as the eclairs and cannolis need to see me soon . Good bakery in Westchester deserves my 4.5 star yelp review .“

“I ordered a chocolate, strawberry and hazelnut cake for my boyfriends birthday and wow such an impressive cake. Super fresh, not overly sweet but bursting with flavor of a decadent chocolate balanced with all the other flavors. The hazelnuts were the perfect crunch and right amount. I love chocolate more than any other food lol and I’ve been vegan for years and tried many different vegan chocolate cake options and this seriously lands in the top 5. “What a lovely little place!I went there with high hopes to try their desserts. When I ordered, the employees informed me it was cash only - which I did not have on me. I was about to walk away when they offered me a tea on the house (originally, I was going to have a tea and a pastry and read a little). They made me a cup of tea, so I sat on the cushioned window seat for a little. They were so nice, so professional. “Vegan baked goods??!! Let's give it a try. Dulce de leche - not too sweet at all, a good nutty flavor. Buttercream is not sweet and the cupcake itself is very moist Oreo - a bit dry on the outside, the buttercream has mashed up oreos in it, which doesn't make it creamy but with a crunchier texture. There isn't much of a chocolate taste. My least favorite Dark chocolate - the cupcake itself is on the dry side and less chocolate taste. The buttercream is smooth and a rich dark chocolate. Carrot cake - very moist and soft. You can see shaved pieces of carrots. I think it needs a pinch more of cinnamon. The cream cheese buttercream on top is on a sweeter side but really creamy. I didn't like the carrot decorations bc it's too much food coloring in it. Overall, I'm a fan of vegan cupcakes as it's not on the sweet side. There is a balanced ration of buttercream to cupcake. The chocolate cupcakes needs to be baked a bit less and need more chocolate taste.“

“I can't give Sans Bakery enough compliments! Their service and care about items shipped is better than anyone I have dealt with past present and probably future.My sister wanted to order a Lamington cakes for my birthday. Brian made sure I was shipped what my sister had ordered; the six individual cakes that are wrapped(I thought it was the cake). However, UPS in their divine wisdom, deemed it necessary to ship them on a scenic tour. They didn't arrive on time for my birthday but that was NO FAULT of the bakery's. I want that to be perfectly clear. I reached out to Brian and while I was disappointed that I wouldn't get them on time he was so kind and empathetic that I couldn't stay upset for long. Again, I thought it was the regular cake and not the individual ones. Brian said he would ship replacements but once I saw they were the individual ones and confirmed they were still fine to eat, I was happy, my sister was happy, all was well. But Brian wasn't having it, he was unhappy that UPS failed us both. Imagine my surprise when a few days later I received another box of the Lamington cakes! I was not expecting that. I was perfectly fine with the outcome but Brian again is an amazing person and he didn't appreciate that this was a representation of his bakery by UPS's failings. So now I have plenty of Lamington cakes and they are freezable so I put a few away so I can enjoy them later.As far as being true Lamington cake like the original in Australia, it took me right back to Adelaide where I had my very first one! Oh my goodness they're so good! And did I mention they're gluten-free?!I cannot thank Brian and Sans Bakery enough for making my Unbirthday amazing and tickling my palette enough that I sent pictures to my cousin in Melbourne Australia taunting her a little. I didn't call, I just drove over because it's about a 10 minute drive from my house. They didn't have any blue velvet cupcakes, but I said let me just try one since I'm here......I got an apple cinnamon cupcake......let's just say by the time I pulled up in front of my house, there were 2 bites left.......LITERALLY!
