I’ve been coming to this location since it opened but as of recently I have noticed although there has been a slight increase in prices the chicken portions for the chicken sandwiches are much smaller. The bun and the lettuce cover the small piece of chicken completely. At this point the mcchickens from McDonald’s are larger in size. What is going on chick-fil-A?
In general I recommend this store but today i have been sitting stuck in the drive through for 35 minutes. This store used to offer order ahead and pick up from a parking spot. They haven’t offered it for quite a while and its limited my coming there as the wait is uncalled for. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served by now. Please fix this problem.
I went to this location last night and ordered a grilled spicy deluxe combo with a medium fry and large Diet Coke. When I got my receipt and the drink at the window, it said medium Diet Coke and they handed me a medium Diet Coke instead of a large. I told them this wasn’t right because I ordered a large. The guy giving out drive-thru orders at the window to pick up food then began to argue with me and say it says you ordered a medium Diet Coke. I then went on to correct him...read full review
