“Stopped here for lunch and had a great experience! The food was great - but most importantly the service was awesome! Ashley was so friendly with us and everyone in the entire dining room! And even as busy as she was - she didn’t skip a beat! We will definitely make this a go to for our workday lunch!“

“I liked the fries which were gluten and dairy free. The location was crowded by seagulls who are only worthy of extermination. This ruines the atmosphere of the place. They were quick and helpful though.

Vegetarian options: Potatoes is vegan

Dietary restrictions: Dairy and gluten free minus the cheese

Parking: So its on a boardwalk and parking on the boardwalk is illegal

Kid-friendliness: The seagulls would eat your kids if they were small enough

Wheelchair accessibility: There is ramps onto the boardwalk but i would not advice they come here as they will not be able to out run the seagull“

“Very good snack option. Would have loved to have tried the pretzel nuggets but they were never available. Also for those who don't like crab... There is no crab on these fries at all thankfully lol the fried mozzarella was good they gave a nice size amount for the price.“

“I like it here but the bass on the stereo is so high, the bar and my barstool vibrate. It's very annoying. I asked the bartender to turn it down she said the owner has it locked up in another room. I suggest you turn it down“

“I love all Applebee's restaurants, this one was no exception. They were busy so the food took a little longer than normal/the waitstaff was a little less attentive, but it wasn't too bad. Food was decent but not hot by the time I got it because of the delays. Would go back but mostly because it's so close to the convention center and I'm a sucker for a triple chocolate meltdown.

Vegetarian options: Decent amount of dishes that are either vegetarian or easily modified to be vegetarian without compromising the dish itself. Less options for vegans.“

“Had a great experience, but while we were in the gift shop and eating at the restaurant, it seemed like one of the workers in a suit thought we were going to steal something. Either that or he just really liked looking at us. Maybe be more sneaky about something like that because it was a little offensive :/“

“Recently came in on a Tuesday night around 10ish and tried the mango habanero wings which were absolutely delicious as well as the fish tacos which I would highly recommend (add extra sauce) ! Got great service from the bartender and waitress who was super cool and friendly. Definitely will be coming back!“

“Darnell is one of the BEST servers I have ever had. I used to be a server/ bartender so I understand how difficult the job is. He really handles all of it so well and does not make any of his customers feel like they are forgotten, even when he is SWAMPED. It was some of the best service we could have received. Hes also extremely personable and was just a pleasure to have as our server. I would definitely recommend coming here especially with him as our server!“

“Stayed here with my family from Tuesday to Thursday in July, and the front desk staff gave us two rooms with a passageway to and fro, so it felt like we had a two-room suite! One major observation from my aunt is the lack of a microwave, so you're forced to buy everything on site or eat what you need to immediately to avoid it from perishing or getting too cold. The rooms are nice and are hardwood instead of carpet, which I love, but housekeeping missed fixing the other bed when they did the cleaning. There are NO shortages of food places you can buy from, including two Starbucks locations on site, a Mrs. Fields (which I feel is 24 hours but maybe not), Hooters, a pizza place, and also P.F. Changs and Carmines (classic NYC Italian spot!). I don't gamble, but the slots were not as busy as you would think and there are no-smoking areas. Plus the hotel has access to the boardwalk! For those commuting, like myself on my way back to NYC, there's a bus terminal in the hotel, so all you need to do is go down to catch your bus. The hotel is also around a 10-15 minute Lyft trip to and fro the Tanger Outlets. All in all, it was a great experience staying here.“

He was attentive and constantly checked in with us despite how busy it got later in the night. He remembered our go-to drinks from last time and is a genuinely nice server. The food was great as always, and he recommended different things to us. We'll definitely be coming back soon, hopefully with the rest of the family to try other items!“
