“Just stopped into Taqueria El Buchon for a take out order for the first time. We were greeted by Ray who was very friendly and happy to talk with us while our order was being prepared. You can see a lot of love and care goes into this business. My wife and I ordered 6 different tacos and I'm happy to say they were all excellent! The carne asada was my favorite and she loved the birria. We will definitely be back soon to try more items. Easily some of the best tacos I've had anywhere in NYC.“

“This place is actually amazing. The service is so friendly and welcoming, and they gave my food to the table in an instant! I haven't tried most of their stuff yet, but based on their cheesesteaks, I can tell that the rest of the menu is an absolute hit. Really good first impression of this restaurant, and the place feels so cozy and home-like. Very clean as well. Overall, you guys are the best food joint for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you so much, Silver Lake staff!“

“Waited about 5-10 mintues for my order, 5 steak tacos and an order of birria tacos. (Steak taco-$3 and taco birria with cheese-$12)
Given that I ordered a birria taco... I assumed consomme was included. Oh how I wish I should've check... it was my fault and not theirs.
Considering the price and the taste, I would go back 100% and next time... I will also order consomme.“

“Totally Blown away here.. We had live entertainment. Full Mexican experience. The Queisidias were fresh and flavorful. We has loaded Chicken Tacos and it hit the spot. “My eight year old is very picky. Very picky. And I want him to understand that Taco Bell is not Mexican food. So we went in hopes he would at least try some real tacos. Well, he did. I don’t know how you did it, El Macho but he polished off a full plate of four carnitas tacos! The waitress was nice enough to just give him meat and added cheese but he devoured them. We will be returning! Five stars!“

“I love the tacos, they are delicious, especially the gorditas, unfortunately today I ordered a burrito for my 5 year old son (it was too spicy) and the rice came with peas and other condiments that it shouldn't have, on the website they didn't specify that it was spicy, they ruined the my little one's lunch?and since I have already bought in other places I assumed that the burrito was not spicy anyway, just that detail, I called and they told me we were sorry, we will change it, but I would have liked to have a refund or at least the burrito without spicy. But otherwise very delicious, everything is a very delicious place to eat jaimaca water, super delicious, fresh and well made. ?“
