“First time visiting for me and my wife, as we walked in we didn’t know where to sit so we went upstairs. However, the server led us to a dimly lit corner despite plenty of tables available so we chose to sit downstairs instead, even though seating there was a bit tight and not very comfortable.

Our server downstairs was attentive and friendly, which we appreciated. That said, the overall atmosphere felt more geared toward guests with reservations for special party celebrations rather than people just for dining in, so we got the impression that we should wrap up and leave once we finished our meal.

“I have been going to Sonoma almost weekly for over a year now. It started off with taco Thursdays and their delicious margarita specials and has now turned into exploring every menu item possible. I am consistently impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Incredibly delicious every single time. I am gluten intolerant which can pose challenges. The kitchen and staff have been amazing In accommodating my food allergy. I highly recommend Sonoma on any day of the week. It very quickly became my favorite go-to restaurants.“

“Had a terrific lunch here. Some of the best ceviche I've ever eaten. Entrees were excellent and, according to my husband (who's been to Peru), authentic to the spirit of the country. “I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. “I came down for the first time last month to watch the Celtic match starting at 7 am, I didn't know what to expect but the food was great, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was great even in the early morning. I was so impressed I stayed after to watch the EPL matches they were showing even though I'm not a big EPL fan. I will definitely be coming back, and it's a must-visit for any Celtic supporter in the New York area.“

“If you want an amazing taco, hit up The Hive for Taco Tuesday or any night!!! Simple and very tasty tacos at a very reasonable price. My favorite is the chicken and they are $3 a piece on Tuesday. They also have a beat the clock special for margaritas starting at 4:00. Jessica and Hamsel were super attentive and very friendly. Bar is clean and organized. It’s our favorite place to go for tacos, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!!!“

“I'm a little late but I wanted to extend my utmost gratitude for the outstanding service that was shown to my bestfriend & I on Tuesday May 23rd 2023 by Chelsea who works as a waiter in your bar. From the moment we arrived, Chelsea greeted us all with a friendly smile, the service she provided was first class. Even when the bar got extremely busy, Chelsea never got flustered and showed total dedication and commitment to her duties and treated everyone to the same high standard of service whether it was for a group of people who were ordering 10 cocktails or to others ordering food Chelsea was excellent and on point! How Chelsea kept up her sense of humour, enthusiasm and energy levels is beyond my belief. Especially after the bar was packed from people whom left Seal's concert at the Beacon theater to grab drinks and a bite to eat. Although we saw other waiters throughout the night, she stood out. Chelsea truly is a credit to your bar grill establishment. She fully epitomises what 5 star service is all about! Please pass on our thanks to her once again and I hope you will be able to offer her some kind of accolade for her tremendous efforts in making my night out so enjoyable. “Came for Taco Tuesday! Place was very nice. Sat at the Bar, the bartender was very attentive and margaritas were on point. My girlfriend had a regular margarita before the food came and a passion fruit margarita after the food. We started with chicharron con tostones and guacamole. Was apprehensive to try the tostones as I’ve never had them, glad I did. Tacos Tuesday is $1 tacos for chicken, steak, and carnitas. Minimum of 5 and you can mix and match. We had a combination of all 3. They were very good, maybe just a bit too much onion, but you remove some. We also had the Birria tacos! A must have.“

The menu is a delightful surprise, catering to all tastes. The Potato Cheese Tots and Bacon Mac and Cheese were crowd-pleasers, while the French Onion Soup, Pork Scallopini Marsala, Filet Mignon, Filet of Sole Capricciosa, and Chicken Toscana were simply delicious. A must-visit for anyone in Wayne!“

“Upon entering we were seated in a preferred area as we wanted to watch the football game. We did have to ask a few times to get the TV channel changed. This was a Sunday around 2:40pm ish. The restaurant wasn’t packed but parties were seated throughout. Our server Tearia was also the bartender. I did have to reminder her about water but she let us know that she was on double duty and we could definitely tell she was busy at certain points. The MAIN reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because when we attempted to order the calamari appetizer and branzino entree we were told it was out of stock. It would’ve been best to know before hand because we were set on those dishes. But with Tearia’s suggestions we pivoted.

The wings were phenomenal, we did the everything sauce fried hard. 10/10, no notes, thanks Tearia! My lamb chops were cooked perfectly but I feel for a $45 the dish it should’ve came with more of the puree underneath (I didn’t feel like I had a side). Now normally we have to instruct restaurants to cook our catfish well/fried hard but Tearia recommended we leave it as is. It was fried perfectly and delicious. We did say we wished it came with 2 pieces of fish. The vegetable fried rice was also flavorful but had a lot of mushrooms (we aren’t fans). Overall a great restaurant, good for groups, and would visit again!“
