The price is appropriate for the type of food you're getting, but even more so-the portion sizes and flavor are top notch. We've already stoped in multiple times so here are some of our take aways :-dolmades: honestly, the best l've ever had. And I try them EVERYWHERE. Not cheaply portions either - solid roll and you get 5 in an order. WORTH IT.-pita chips: clearly homemade and SO delicious. They're softer than the ones people are used to getting, but firm enough to really hold some hummusBowl/Wrap ingredients :BASES-med couscous: light and fluffy, not porridge-esque-warm garbanzo beans: Held their integrity during cooking so you're greeted with big pillows of seasoned goodness-farmers mix: more than just Romaine-reminiscent of a garden mix (arugula, kale, etc)SPREADS-zesty Feta: no words can do this justice. Chunky and full of love-roasted eggplant hummus: brought an almost Smokey flavor as opposed to regular hummus-Kalamata olive hummus: recommended by the young man making my dish and WOW so glad he did. Again, everything is so fresh and taken care of properly.Most of this part is self explanatory so I'll just touch on the parts we found interesting:-chickpea croutons: not nearly as hard as expected to be so that was a plus. The shell has a crisp but you won't worry about breaking a tooth-dolmades : if you're afraid to commit to a full order, here's your chance to try it ! You won't be disappointed-tabbouleh : such a lovely addition to the meal you just created. Adds flavor with the mint/parsley/onion heavenly goodness-cabbage: tried both the white and red at different times and both were tasty. Felt that the white took in more of the flavor around the dish while the red just added crunchDRESSINGS-any tahini option is the right answer. If you're not familiar with the taste of tahini to begin with (earthy if you will), then I would recommend a flavored one-roasted red pepper tahini: a gift from above ! There is a slight sweet yet smokey flavor that wraps everything together-garlic jalapeño tahini: not as spicy as you'd imagine so it just gives a nice lil zest to your dish-lemon & olive oil : depending on what you put in your order, this will help with overall texture. If you opted out of wet stuff (tomatoes, lettuce, etc) this is your choice !Lastly,The Earth Burger: like a big ole falafel and WOW did not disappoint. Maintained the integrity of the falafel (crispy outside, soft inside) while giving you the satisfying big bite you're looking for. Only complaint is since it is such a hearty size, maybe a size of tahini or tatziki should accompany it. Tastes just like the veal hind leg meat once only sourced in genuine venues such as Yatagan of Macdougal Street.Highly recommended when one experiences that hankering for traditional doner. Only downside is that in 2024 they charge $13 USD for a wrap or gyro less than 1/3rd the size of Yatagan's $2.75 serving.At least you can have sutlac (rice pudding) for $6 instead of the $8 most other places charge these days...“

“We have been coming to Davey's for years. It is a great local spot to go for a few drinks and have some bar food. It is a causal Irish pub. All the bartenders are friendly. Their food has gone downhill in my opinion, because their menu has changed. For example, they no longer have the godfather sandwich on the menu. Their chicken fingers have recently changed, and are not as good as they used to be. However, I love the honey mustard and horseradish dipping sauce they come with. They do have some of the best bloody marys in the area.“

Before the meeting began I ordered a smoothy, the Strawnana - a mixture of strawberry, banana and coconut milk. It was delicious! During the meeting we got to hear how the owners place a high emphasis on their menu choices being made with natural ingredients with no added sugars. There are lots of healthy choices.
