I am visiting my mom in NJ and had a craving for Indian food. Some of the restaurants nearby got really mixed reviews on service and cleanliness so a quick google search brought me to Sadhya and I am so thrilled! The owner and Chef Zen is so kind and friendly and took the time to explain what each of the dishes was prepared from. First time had home cooked kinda meal at a take out.Super flavorful, perfect balance of fat and salt. Can tell the owner/chef takes pride preparing the curries and vegetables.Best of all it is probably the cleanest Indian take-out facility that I have been to. Very economical given the crazy inflation we have going.Can't wait to try other dishes,as the menu changes every day.
The owner was very friendly and welcoming.I went expecting the food to be pretty good cause I enjoy various types of I dian Food but it Far exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding and I highly recommend it to people who enjoy good food.
