“Don't underestimate this place. I've been to 5 star restaurants and in my opinion this eatery shares some of the same qualities that I admire in upscale restaurants: consistency and deliciousness.

The people behind the register are friendly but quiet. I go here during week when I want something that is fresh and high in protein. They provide you with generous portions so if you workout and need a solid amount of protein and carbs this is my favorite in the area. I enjoy eating here more than Chipotle, higher quality meat with bolder flavors and they serve uniform portions of chicken. They don't cut corners here.

The chicken platter is my favorite and I highly recommend it to people wanting to try something new. With the chicken platter I enjoy the fresh zesty flavors of onions, tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and tzatziki sauce on the side. I recommend ordering an extra sauce with your order. WIth the colder months I'd also recommend the their lentil soup. It was really tasty!

Side note: I don't recommend the cheese burger. It's not their specialty. Stick with the chicken platter.“

I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“

“Huge shout out to Fat Moe’s Mediterranean Food on Rte 23 in Butler. I placed a large order consisting of kebab platter, shawarma cheesesteak sandwich, mixed grill platter, tabouleh salad, stuffed grape leaves, baba ghanoush, cheese borek, and basbousa, accompanied by pickles and sauces,for delivery for 4pm. Not only were they punctual but the food was delicious and reminded me of my days in Egypt where I grew up. Furthermore, at around 5 pm I got a call from Moe, the owner to ask me whether I was satisfied with the order and to let him know how he could make it better… That goes way beyond quality service !! I highly recommend his restaurant and wish him the best of luck !👏👏👏“

“Best Nashville Hot Chicken in NJ. Always crowded, so it's best to order ahead. Their online ordering is smooth and painless. Highly recommended.

Parking: It's in a strip mall adjacent to Willowbrook Mall and Wayne Towne Center, so while the parking is free it's also very unreliable.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp but the door is not automated in any way.“

“Love the guys here. They are always very nice to me. Their hospitality is always appreciated. The food is cooked on the spot so it's always hot and fresh. I got some good advice on joint health at my last visit and was able to try the Ginger juice. It was definitely potenent. I liked the one with the lemon so I got one before I left. I also got this roll on pain reliever for joints that I haven't tried yet but when I do I'll let you guys know how it went ?. Overall I would recommend this place for Great Breakfast. I had the French toast last time. Delicious ?

This is one of the few line places that actually honors an extra meat portion. I don’t know if any other place in Newark that you can get basically a meal for two under $14. Disclaimer, I eat a lot.

“I am from Montclair but travel to Newark often for their chicken, mac and cheese, onion rings, pizza and shrimp. Yum. Their employees are wonderful. The restaurant is busy because their food is worth it. It is inappropriate for anyone to suggest that their location means they should sell their good food for cheap.“

“I'm glad my uber eats delivery guy from another place was lost, which made me angry enough to drive about 24 minutes to try Zakir's Bakery Gyro Express for the first time. Wow! The double cheeseburger was plump, juicy, and delicious, not like most of the late night halal places. The fries, to me, can definitely compete with the McDonald's fries as far as the right amount of salt, unlike all the other places, which make you feel that you need 2 gallons of water due to the crazy salt content. The gyro platter mix was amazing because it tasted different from all the other mix platters out there due to what I think was a touch of vinegar. Man, that was delicious! “Absolutely amazing. They're a family owned restaurant so I understand its hard with these times and coronavirus. Its hard to find good Indian food and I must say, I've been coming here for more than 20 years and I still will be coming more and more! Out of all the restaurants in parsippany & Rt 46, I specially come down to Wayne to eat this amazing food. my fav is the sag panir, malai kofta, and vegetable biryani. I love the one waitress and how she explained the spice levels according to chiptole and taco bell! the uncle who is the owner always greets everyone like hes known them for years. The chicken is a must, everything was fresh, the Gyro Sandwich was so large it fed two people (the sauce on them was so great). Prices are great as well. The macaroni salad also great.
