“Our first time as we are visiting from out of town. Our server Cesar was so wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and had a charbroiled taste which we loved. We also had the Bavarian pretzels app special which was awesome!!!! Our drinks were also fantastic. This was a great choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. We’re so glad we found it. Highly recommend!!!!!!“

“Beautiful place for a date night. Delicious food but limited pescatarian options (yes, it's a steakhouse) due to some fish dishes having meat. Speakeasy area is lovely. Great for an after dinner drink or just have dinner at the speakeasy. Great night!“

“Ate here for the first time with my sisters, and we had a fantastic experience. Our server, cherrylynn, gave us a run down of the menu and was very attentive. We had the jerked chicken wings and yuca fries and were in love. Would be dining here again“

“I loved working at this restaurant so I still enjoy going here but I feel like it's kinda going downhill. The service with our waiter, Matt was great. He was personable, friendly and helpful. Dinner wasn't bad but there's often a mix up, missing something and tonight foreign object. Management was helpful but I feel like the standards aren't what they were.“

“My visit to Outback on Rt.46 in Parsippany New Jersey was one of the most pleasant experiences of my entire trip. My waiter's name was Lucas. He was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, polite, patient, mannerable and had great expertise about service and was knowledgeable about great foods listed on the menu.. He treated me with such dignity that I felt special actually I felt regal. He is an asset to Outbank Steakhouse. Thank you Lucas, I will be referring relatives to your restaurant. I had traveled for 7 hours to New Jersey to attend a funeral. This type of service made a sad heart glad It was a healing experience.“

“I went with my daughter on Sept. 9th to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was awesome, the food was great, the staff was friendly and the guests that sat with us were so sweet and friendly. We had lots of laughs during dinner. “This was our second time at Rare and it didn’t disappoint. It’s our new favorite steakhouse. Carlos and James touched our table and made sure our experience was five star. James remembered us from a prior visit and was able to upsell us, yes, I said upsell and I was here for it. James checked in every step of the way.“

“Been going there 40 years.. the place has gone to hell in a hand basket.. the soup bowl is 1/2" deep, $5 for each shrimp (not the old jumbo shrimp- too small for $5 each), no bread, no longer offering lobster, been waiting a hour for entree.“
