“Friendly staff, dining area is very cozy and homey. Probably the most authentic Mexican food in the area (super flavorful). “Went for their Taco Tuesday special yesterday which is a great deal! The regular full size tacos and options for a discounted price. Mike helped us out and was awesome! Great friendly service with outstanding food. I love going here with my Vegan friend because they have food he eats and that I also enjoys Got the churros for dessert with the homemade caramel dipping sauce Mike made and they’re out of this world! “Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. Definitely recommend Sombrero Tacoria.“

“We’ve been to the other location, but this was our first time at the Bloomfield Ave restaurant. There is only seating at the counter, so I guess it’s meant to be pickup primarily, but the food was quick and delicious and the young woman working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I had the steak fajitas and my son grabbed some “Dirty Nachos”. Great experience. Will definitely go back to explore the menu further.“
