“My boyfriend picked up my ice cream cake last weekend (March 2nd) and the cake was AMaZINg! It came out better than expected. The cake decorator did an incredible job at making his idea come to life! It was vanilla, with chocolate peanut butter and chocolate drizzled on the side. It tasted delicious! “Easy to get to folks very courteous this is a kosher ice cream store. They also serve waffles which looked amazing but I didn’t get any. They have a good attention for detail. We use them through too good to go app and they gave us $55 worth of food for around $15. I highly recommend the two good to go app for this store otherwise the ice cream is fairly expensive. They let me choose what I wanted in the grab bag. I will use them again, but only through the two good to go app.

“Now this is a way better and more AWESOME!!! ice cream truck service, safety updated with an electric swing arm stop sign like on school buses which is extremely AWESOME , safe, clear, and recognizable because octagon means STOP whereas sideways trapezoid with rounded corners on the wide end and pointed corners on the narrow end means SLOW unlike some other ice cream truck services that still have the bad old outdated red trapezoid children slow crossing warning blades that word IF-SAFE STOP THEN-GO which is confusing.“

“The Ritas Italian ice in Neptune, New Jersey is on my way home from my gym. I visited for the first time after grueling workout not expecting much. I was honestly floored by the customer service experience I received and how well the team seem to gel together. One employee, Desiree, whose name I asked for specifically for this review, was particularly adapt to handling large orders and tedious requests coming from customers, Myself included. Despite the calamity of a busy summer, high traffic, ice cream shop, Desiree as well as the rest of the team Remain poised and courteous to all of the customers who were at the store. Yes, ice cream was good, but the customer service was better.“

“I'm not a big fan of icecream&gelati but I was in the area and I said to give it a try. Service is fast and friendly. I ordered a small gelati and before taking my first bite I noticed that there was something in it, I'm not sure if it was hair, it looked more like a thread from a fabric. I went back and the girl looked so embarassed.. She apologized and offered me another gelati, a big one and she insisted on giving me a 2nd item, which I refused, I wasn't even able to finish the gelati lol.I really appreciated her“

“On Sunday we stopped in to pick-up something to take over to my brother and sister in-laws house for dessert. What's better than Carvel. There was so much to choose from it all looked so good!!! I can remember as a kid Carvel commercials how can you forget Cookie Puss. After a long time on making a decision we chose the ice cream sandwiches Yummy. Upon arriving we told my brother in-law we got ice cream sandwiches his serious reply was he never meant a ice cream sandwich he didn't like. They were absolutely deliciousI want to say the woman running the shop was very professional and pleasant. She was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this location.“

“They only had one guy behind the counter, but he was flying, as fast as 3 workers. Was pretty amazing to see. Could have been in a video of fastest workers on YouTube. This guy wasn't just fast.... HE WAS FAST! Oh. And they had a lady doing checkout.Don't know his name, but as long as this dude is there, you never really have to worry how long the line is as it'll only be a few minutes either way.“

“We were up from South Carolina visiting family in Tinton Falls and after a day walking the neighborhood, it was time for ice cream. We are repeat customers here at Ryan's, which has a very nice selection of ice cream, including soft serve. It's located on a main drag and should do great business, but we were there five minutes after opening (couldn't wait ?) so it was all ours.“

“Of all the ice cream shops I've been to over the years this is the Shangri-La of ice cream shops. The staff is ridiculously friendly and helpful, and this is probably one of the cleanest food establishments. There's a Zoltar in the dining area if you're wondering what your future holds, a claw machine and a few other little devices to keep the kids occupied once their ice cream experience comes to an end.“

“It was an amazing place , i always feel like home when i visit their shop, ice creams are out of this world, i had a chance to try ice creams in all of the Europe but this place just does it right , i would definitely recommend for both kids and adults“

You'll have some trouble with parking on some busy days but the ice cream makes up for it!
