I always walk in smiling & the worker, Bhupindra I believe, is the nicest man I have ever met in this town. He always waves and asks how I am. Prices are great, service is fast & on point, employees are kind, place is clean. everything about this location is amazing. I would give it 6/5 stars if I could. They make drinks very quickly and never mess up.“

Not only are her donuts ridiculously delicious, she was super accommodating and always quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. “Absolutely! They made a wonderful dessert table for my daughters 6th birthday. We had a donut cake, and additional donuts on trays for desserts. All different flavors, and they seperated any containing nuts for my guests. They delivered it locally for us! THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD! THANK YOU!“

“Hands down the best donuts I have ever had. Always so soft and cakey with an insane selection of flavors. My coworkers love it when I bring these in. The strawberry cheesecake, pina colada, coffee, blueberry, apple pie, coconut, and classic glazed were some of my favorites. Will be coming back here again and again for sure! Highly highly recommend (plus there’s plenty of indoor seating if you want to hang around and enjoy in-house!)“

“Went here on Saturday April 11, 10am and Ive never been to a Dunkin where the service is beyond your usual nice customer service. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol. He went above and beyond giving options. provided our orders so fast and the other lady was also so sweet towards our kids. even offered small and tall straws 😄 who does that nowadays in fast food chains offering options ☺️ Also i asked for an extra cup and the lady gave it to me and the man also followed up of I got the extra cup since he was the one talkng the orders and the lady was the one maling the orders. Anyway, didnt expect this level of service from a fastfood chain so thank you for making our experience wonderful. :)“

“For starters this Dunkin is the best Dunkin there is. Angel will always make your morning with her greetings. Carlos with making the drinks and my good friend whose name I forgot in the front and drive-through, SORRY. They have never gotten my order wrong, But we have to keep in mind that we are only human so there will be mistakes done, And that is fine. I work in the school next-door and I tend to pass by in the morning and they always get the drive-through flowing and moving smooth. From the manager the assistant manager the shift lead they’re all doing an amazing job. “I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.“

“The workers were very nice. Unfortunately the matcha that I bought looked like it barely had enough matcha powder in it. It just tasted like sugar water. Not to be rude, but for $6, It'd be nice to have the right amount. Sadly, it seemed like the workers were having a bit of a challenge. I didn't understand why until after I walked away with my drink. I feel bad and don't want them to get in trouble, but I also don't want to waste my money...“

“BEST DUNKIN I’VE BEEN TO. Their food is nice, fresh, and for their munchkins they all have dates on them. Staff are the most friendly and best part about this place. They are kind and welcoming, and they are great at their job. Food always comes out quick and fresh, longest i’ve had to wait for food was 10-20 minutes on a busy day. The atmosphere is pleasant, and this place is always decorated for the season, and the locals aren’t that bad. I’ve never had an issue with this place in my 2-3 years of coming here. Sometimes one of the machines can get loud, but it’s not for super long! This place is amazing, I 100% recommend it!“

“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. “I've gone to this dunkin for years and I come back for a couple reasons. Service is great and I enjoy talking with the regulars that work there. It can get pretty busy during the mornings depending on the day, but still good service. They recently remodeled and I noticed they opened back up. Glad to see them back up and running.“

They even keep fresh lemons in stock (all year long) for my wife’s iced tea. They are the only D&D that still provides fresh lemons!!
