“I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.“

“Went here on Saturday April 11, 10am and Ive never been to a Dunkin where the service is beyond your usual nice customer service. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol. He went above and beyond giving options. provided our orders so fast and the other lady was also so sweet towards our kids. even offered small and tall straws 😄 who does that nowadays in fast food chains offering options ☺️ Also i asked for an extra cup and the lady gave it to me and the man also followed up of I got the extra cup since he was the one talkng the orders and the lady was the one maling the orders. Anyway, didnt expect this level of service from a fastfood chain so thank you for making our experience wonderful. :)“

“BEST DUNKIN I’VE BEEN TO. Their food is nice, fresh, and for their munchkins they all have dates on them. Staff are the most friendly and best part about this place. They are kind and welcoming, and they are great at their job. Food always comes out quick and fresh, longest i’ve had to wait for food was 10-20 minutes on a busy day. The atmosphere is pleasant, and this place is always decorated for the season, and the locals aren’t that bad. I’ve never had an issue with this place in my 2-3 years of coming here. “Had a great experience with Madison Bagel Cafe. This is exactly what you want from a local bagel spot—fresh, high-quality bagels with that perfect texture and flavor.

I got the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was excellent—simple, classic, and done right. You can tell everything is made with care, and the consistency really stands out.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything feels very well-run. The owner was also a pleasure to talk to, which added to the whole experience. “My wife and I have our Dunkin date (with the dog) each weekday morning. The staff literally treats us like family. They are kind, fun, and generous.

They even keep fresh lemons in stock (all year long) for my wife’s iced tea. They are the only D&D that still provides fresh lemons!!
