“We went as a family of 4 this past sunday around 1130am. It was the first time for my kids (6&4). Staff was super friendly and flexible with our order. Ended up splitting a bowl in half and getting some of the toppings on the side. Very happy with the service and feel taken care of. Will be coming back to this location in the near future.“

“For dinner we when to RUMI and it was amazing! Appetizers absolutely delicious all our dinners were delicious fresh hot completely satisfied . And then we had complementary Turkish tea and we all had desserts which were absolutely delicious someone with a sweet tooth would love. “I had an amazing experience at Playa Bowls and had to give it 5 stars, especially because of the service. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and smooth, but what really stood out was one employee in particular—Chloe Dolan.

Chloe was seriously awesome. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience way better. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she’s doing. She had a great attitude, was quick with everything, and made sure my order was perfect.

It’s rare to come across service that genuinely stands out like that, and Chloe definitely made a big impression. Because of her, I’ll 100% be coming back. If you go to Playa Bowls, I hope you get served by Chloe—you won’t be disappointed.“

“The place was empty for 1230pm on a Monday. Maybe because it was raining. Service and food was great! I never had any problems with the food at any Playa bowls. It's always consistent! Tons of flavor and crunch! I ordered the Nica bowl this time to try something different. It tasted great! Still, my favorite is the coco power bowl. Parking is a bit of a pain. You are in downtown Summit.“

“Their smoothies are always spot on and refreshing. I also like their toast and my go to is always the smoked salmon toast. However, I noticed their bread has gotten smaller and thicker. And it was incredibly hard to cut through with all the toppings. They used to use the longer bread so it was easier to manage. Other than that, it’s a nice spot for a quick healthy lunch.“

“My hubby and I came here for lunch. Once we sat down, we were immediately greeted by our server Austin. I cannot tell you how amazing he was. From the second we sat down until the moment we left, he was outstanding. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the food and patient. He gave such great suggestions and I followed his suggestions. I got the quesadilla and my hubby got the rise and shine. Both were so so good! The quesadilla was DELICIOUS. I had it with a sauce on the side and it was amazing. We also spoke with the manager James who was so so nice and professional and just such a pleasure to speak with. “What a cute place!! The owner was so sweet and greeted me warmly when I came in. She gave me a great run down of all the things Craft since it was my first time there and helped me choose. Parking was super easy, parked right across the street with no problem. I got the waffle, blue splash and my friend got the jolly rancher. “I just LOVE this place. Servers are friendly and helpful and the food is outstanding. The only negative if I had one is the decor. When they remodeled it, I was hoping for a more warm setting. It has a cool atmosphere plus the plastic seat makes it very cold in the winter time. Any chance of changing it?“
