“Tropical colors inside and a big colorful menu board (looks like chalk but likely printed stickers) -- staff was quick and friendly, acai bowl w/ pura vida - granola (flax seed), blueberry, strawberries, and honey - added mango. Delicious but I would skip the honey next time.“

“Felix is the man and the smoothie and smoothie bowls are always a delicious and healthy bang for your buck, but having had the Spicy Squash and Chicken Noodle Soup, I can safely say this is my favorite spot to grab something tasty and healthy and worth the money, the soup is sooooooo good. I walked it while he was prepping another batch of the squash soup. And it smelled soooooooo oooo o good. The picture of my soup doesn’t do it justice as I’ve eaten the chicken out of it and now I’m sipping on the broth which has the slightest kick to it. I’m obsessed. I encourage everyone to support this place and get something delicious while you are at it!!!!!!“

“The place was empty for 1230pm on a Monday. Maybe because it was raining. Service and food was great! I never had any problems with the food at any Playa bowls. It's always consistent! Tons of flavor and crunch! I ordered the Nica bowl this time to try something different. It tasted great! Still, my favorite is the coco power bowl. Parking is a bit of a pain. You are in downtown Summit.“

“My son just called me from downtown—he and his friends were excitedly shouting into the phone that they found the best new place for smoothies and dumplings. They definitely loved the drinks and food, but what made them so giddy was how kind and friendly the woman at the counter, Margaret, was. She even gave them a few free items. “What an incredible place. I live health bowl but these are very different. They make every drink and bowl with fresh ingredients ONLY. fresh fruit the man base for everything. Also they make energy ball for on the go, they make fresh peanut butter for toppings. Love how they have 3 different categories for choices, destination, wellness and endurance. They also make freshly made treats for Pets. Can’t wait to try their coffees soon for my next trip.“

“I was next door getting food. I said gotta swing by. Sounds interesting. Glad I did. Fresh fruits & vegetables of all kind. Many shakes,smoothies, & bowls available. I got the “Tarzan” Raspberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Banana, Orange Sherbet, Raspberry Sherbet was amazing…. NOTE:use street parking. I parked in train station area and paid $7 for the hour. I think it’s only $1-$2 to park on street.“

“In addition to the tasty toasts and healthy smoothies -- with many diverse offerings and flavor profiles -- I loved the service more than anything.

The one item we didn't completely love when we went was our chai. Like many western chais, this one was too sweet. (To me, once it's that sweet, you lose all those aromatic notes of the ginger and cinnamon, but that's beside the point).

When I approached the workers with our feelings on the drink, they were quick to make a change without charging us. They completely remade the drink with less syrup, and it made a huge difference.

So, we we will definitely be back for a second visit! It's a great atmosphere, with fun options, and a helpful staff. Remaking that drink was really nice and showed they will do what's in their power to make your experience the best it can be.“

“The most beautiful and thoughtfully prepared smoothies, salads, açaí bowls, and fresh meals! Friendly and fast service. I work next door and could not live without Fresh Press Juice Co. I’m probably here at least twice a week!

Everything is gluten free, and the employees are so helpful and informed about histamine sensitive diets. When it’s cold out, I’ll get a bowl of their soup du jour + a side of the gluten free bread they carry. (It’s the best GF bread I’ve had anywhere)

“This is currently my favorite spot to order food from that is located near my job. I even got my colleagues to order from here and they love it as well. There isn’t a lot of food selection, but still would recommend because they’re so delicious. As for their smoothies, they always taste so fresh and they serve large portions. I am a consistent customer because the bubble tea is great but mostly because the customer service I receive from Yelana is like no other. She is one of the sweetest people I’ve met. “I'd like to take a moment to recognize the *outstanding service* of this locally owned cafe. We have been in contact with the owner, Chris, to help us send nutritious treats (the most delicious smoothies in town!) to the heroes on the front line of this unfortunate pandemic at Saint Barnabas Hospital. My father's been fighting COVID and due to appropriate hospital regulations, we have not been able to visit him - the incredible doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, technicians, and support staff have been faced with not only caring for patients but being their bedside cheerleaders. I've gotten feedback from the nurses that the smoothies are a huge hit! Not only are they tasty, but they are extremely nutritious! There's a huge variety to choose from and the mechanism for ordering/delivering was so easy (they even attached personalized notes from us!) that we've utilized their services several times to help treat the hospital heroes. Also, of note, is their special attention to sanitary mechanisms as they prepare food/smoothies during this scary time. *The cafe has donated a tremendous amount to the hospital heroes as well, and for that, they must be commended and supported during this difficult time for local businesses.“

“Reviewed mainly for Bubble Tea :
- Flavor: Extensive selection with seasonal variety available. I usually get the Chai or Oolong Milk Tea. The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
- Boba: Generous amount of Boba with a pleasantly elastic chew. The boba rarely clump which make for a pleasant drink experience but the sweetness of the boba can cause a sweet drink to be a bit too sweet. Regardless, the boba has a nice inherent flavor.
- Price: Meets what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2025).
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I have been frequenting for several years when in the area. It is a nice bubble tea for regular visits but doesn't quite set the standard for a bubble tea shop you'd actively go out of the way for.

- Extra - Despite the extensive menu, it's limited space means it's selection pales in comparison to other established shops or kiosks of the Kung-Fu tea franchise. The kiosk location is also interesting and the staff are courteous,“
