“Today was our second time getting take out, ordered two different dishes and both were excellent as were the two we got a week ago. They "get it" when it comes to balanced flavor, variety of veggies and even the way they cut them with a special slicer was perfect. Truly Thai is now our go-to Thai food destination. I hope it doesn't change and they keep up this quality.“

“The ice cream at What’s the Scoop is some of the best we’ve ever had. This local fav is not to be missed. So many flavors, excellent quality ingredients and super helpful staff. They also make custom cakes that are fantastic. You can pick your ice cream flavors, frosting, message and sprinkles. This cake made our special event extra delicious and memorable.“

“We recently hired Danny’s Soft Serve Ice Cream Truck for our event, and it was absolutely perfect! I actually found them because they’re always driving around our neighborhood, and everyone gets excited when they hear that music coming down the street. So when it came time to book an ice cream truck, choosing Danny’s was a no-brainer. The service was super friendly, the ice cream was delicious, and the whole setup added such a fun vibe to our event. All of our guests, kids and adults loved it! Danny was punctual, easy to work with, and made everything feel effortless.“

“I used to come there for some ice cream cravings. After trying like 4 different places around, this one blew my mind with pistachio ice cream, which is my personal favorite. Not only that the ice cream itself is properly flavored, it also has nicely sized pieces of pistachios inside. Their waffle cones are a solid finish to the ice cream. I miss this place a lot.“

“I visited Icy Melon in Edison for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was a pleasant surprise. The environment is quiet and low key, which makes it easy to relax but the seating could definitely use an upgrade. It’s not the coziest spot to linger, but the food more than makes up for it.
I had one of their signature crepes, and my friend tried the matcha crepe cake. Both were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
We didn’t wait long for our order, which was a nice bonus. You can tell they put care into both flavor and aesthetics in their food.
While the vibe is more functional than cozy, Icy Melon is perfect for a quick dessert run or a casual catch up with friends. If you’re craving something sweet and photogenic, it’s definitely worth a visit.“

“Just tried Happy Dayz ice cream in Edison - really good! Great selection of flavors - traditional American, sorbet, and some Indian flavors as well (and two sugar free!) Friendly service and fun atmosphere! Open late, even on a Wednesday. (Not to mention cheaper than Carvel) I recommend - go give it a try!“

I had the pistachio latte and it was fantastic balanced, nutty, and not overly sweet.
The barista was warm and welcoming, which really adds to the overall vibe. Inside, it’s bright, minimal, and quietly buzzing, perfect for reading, working, or chatting without yelling over noise.
Loved the long communal tables and clean, modern décor. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot with great coffee, this place absolutely deserves a 5-star stop.“

“As another Great season of delicious italian ices from Ralphs comes to an end I would like to speak for all customers when I say that this years customer service was the best in recent years. The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs. All in all this location is the best by far in Staten Island. Can’t wait for you to be open again!!“
