The staff is genuinely kind and remembers me when I come in, which makes each visit feel personal and welcoming. The portions are always generous, and they really go all out with the toppings, which are both fresh and delicious.

The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and you can tell a lot of care goes into sourcing and preparing each item. Their sauces are flavorful and add the perfect finishing touch to the bowls. And the drinks are just as delicious, pairing perfectly with the poke.

All ingredients are fresh, and service was welcoming and friendly. The location is right around the corner from 71st-Continental Ave subway station, and Queens Blvd bus service all give easy access. I just simply liked this Sunset House medium poke bowl, but maybe I should've customized it to get more of what I like. Still, good food at a place that's relaxing & stimulating at the same time.“

I eate bowl for like 19 dollars what is cheap as hell and i had 3 types of proteins in it. Like 2 types of chicken skhrimps. Vegetables ofc with rice and sezame. Perfect sause perfect everything. I accidentally placed my order at another location and didn’t realize it until I went to pick up the order. The manager overheard and he was so kind. He asked me to just order it again at the counter and NO CHARGE!

The manager didn’t have to do this but he took care of me. It’s windy day today and I did not spend my entire lunch time to walk another half mile one way to retrieve my lunch and come back.

Thank you Poke Bowl! It is hard to find this kind of customer care at a fast food lunch spot these days. I will be back, like always.“

Ui’i Shrimp is a delightful find that does just that. I ordered the combo, spicy shrimp and traditional Hawaiian poke, and spam musubi. Everything tasted great! The owner was very hospitable and attentive, truly in line with the spirit of Aloha. “4.5 / 5.0 - I was in Chinatown and stopped by late afternoon for a late lunch at this casual, counter-service poke spot.
It was nice and clean inside, with seating available along the walls.

I chose the Ponzu Salmon ($18+), which had salmon, avocado, cucumber, shiso, tobiko and katsuo panko.
It came with wasabi ponzu, which I asked for on the side because I do not like wasabi. The staff was insistent that the wasabi flavor was mild, but I simply do not like the flavor and ended up eating most of the bowl without it.
The bowl itself was delicious and I especially loved the flavor that the shiso added.

Chinatown isn’t the first place you’d think of for Hawaiian cuisine, but I’d recommend trying if you like poke.“

“As many times as I've eaten here over the years and forgot to post my original poke bowl place. Which, of course, I still eat their. Always fresh ingredients and good people working there. This is always my go-to poke bowl and will never change.Mixed greens, brown rice, 3 orders of chicken, cucumbers, kale, crab salad, seaweed, tomatoes, mushrooms, spicy mayo, sesame seed, cilantro and garlic chips.Sometimes avocado, every now and then.
