“I had an issue with an excess charge on my credit card for a take out order. The owner contacted me and investigated it. He refunded the excess amount and I'm glad they are on top of it. Great customer service and really wanting to make things right.
Overall, I enjoy eating here and I've recommended it to my family and friends. I have tried a couple of their dishes and they are popular for their handroll. Sushi set is also a must. The sea bass is my fave, it just takes a while to be cook because they grill it. My bf likes the hormone don. A good spot for those who wants to try korean/ japanese fusion dish. The take out box sushi set presentation adds a nice touch. ?“

“Fudgarten is a fabulous restaurant. Ate there yesterday for the first time and loved their salad. I only buy organic and know how expensive organic products are. Fudgarten is organic so I couldn't believe how inexpensive they are being an organic restaurant.“

I will just put this concept in a list form... most importantly, i'm writing this at 330 am, and i can't sleep, so forgive the ramblingness of this review... this place is not just about food... it's a 'gathering place'... the peeps trump the food for me... for a reason to visit... EVEN THOUGH THE FOOD IS TOP NOTCH!!! 1. i miss Gus Karageorge, RIP... (he is and will always be linwood pizza of fort lee to me)... this man fed the nightcrawl vips such as myself... the police the bridge maintenance peeps... all of us we night time regulars there... 2. there food is second to none... personally, i used to be corner sicilians & garlic knots... now, i'm the center sicilian & garlic knots... some things never change, some people change very very very little... 3. the counter guy anthony... literally delivered to our family... this is eons ago... but i would say circa 2009... while we were sleeping outside, in a TENT!!! best delivery ever!!! yes, that means i've been a pretty faithful visitor and customer for 13 or more years... 4. nicole, (gus' daughter) and i fell in love (me mainly) with remote control cars running them around like little kids in the linwood plaza parking lot at 330 am. “The pizza slices are the best thing to get here. They’re good. Their other Italian offerings are just okay. Got a really underwhelming meatball parm sub this week. It’d been a while since my last order for that reason, and I tried again, but same result. There are Italian places within a mile that are the real deal. I think I went to Nova b/c it was open an hour later than those.“
