“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. The owners, manager, hostesses and servers ALL go way out of their way to make everyone feel like guests having a special dining experience in their happy home. Dining at 618 is a truly delightful experience—it’s quite simply food and service heaven! The owners and staff ALL really care and it shows. Their kindness and care to our 96 year old dad and us every time we dine there is so beautiful. It lights him and us up so much. To the owners, manager, hostesses and servers, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Dear Ava, Danielle, Chuck, Matt , Chris, Jacob, Leigh, and Christine, and all the staff of 618, each and every one of you are treasures. “Owner should learn how to treat customers We were a party of four and we arrived on time for a 7:45 reservation. When we arrived there were many people waiting to be seated. We were told that the wait would only be 10 - 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later we were told that the wait would be an additional 10 - 15 minutes. A half hour later my wife was told that the wait would only be another 10 - 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I requested to speak with the owner and I was told that I was speaking with the owner (at that point there was only one other group waiting to be seated). They informed me that a group of six with an 8:00 reservation was just seated. I said that it was not fair to make us wait 45 minutes since we did have a reservation and the people with a later reservation were just seated. I said that I may have something to say about it after the meal. The reply was "if you have something to say, say it now"! I replied that I would reserve my thoughts until after the meal. How insulting, imagine waiting over 45 minutes and then being told if I had anything to say I shouldn't wait till after my dinner, that I should say it now. I replied that I would wait till after the meal before I had any additional comments. With that we were refused service and we were told to leave. I am a 75 year old retired veteran and in my life I was never treated in this manner. When we grew up we had more respect for others. This is not how customers should be treated.“

“Our favorite date night spot!! From the moment you enter- elegant atmosphere, warm faces and nice music set the tone for a wonderful night. Anthony the owner makes you feel like you’re the only diners there- making sure you’re enjoying yourself, getting your food in a timely manner and making it special. He is such a kind generous man. The servers Faith, Carson, and JoJo are absolutely incredible- they are knowledgeable about the food, friendly, and their work ethic is incredible for such young people. They truly made our night special! The food is the star- best rice balls we’ve ever had!! We have been dreaming of them ever since! The homemade burrata, meatballs and eggplant were also just amazing. We had the homemade gnocchi and chicken scarpiello- again the best we’ve ever had We are locals and try to get here as often as we can for date night- and we are always so amazed how it continues to be just 5 star every time. It’s a special, special place and we are lucky to have such a gem in our small town. Thank you Anthony & Heather!“

“I hate to say this, but the last two times we went here the service was slow. Very slow. To be clear, the wait staff was not the issue and they were very apologetic. No, both times the kitchen was super slow. In one instance, we sat down at 6:00 p.m. and did not eat until 8:00 p.m. Food is still excellent but they need to do something about what's happening in the kitchen.“

“A fantastic family run Italian Restaurant with a nice atmosphere and consistently delicious food. Pizza is a classic, but when it comes to sandwiches I recommend the Montague (a breaded chicken and roasted pepper sandwich) and the meatball sub. All of the staff and the cooks are amicable and welcoming.

I recommend signing up for their benefits so that you can get discounts and coupons.

The restaurant has a decently sized menu and someone could likely find anything they want to eat.“

“This particular bubbakoos hit many marks that a lot of the other franchises tend to miss nowadays. It brings me back to the original efficient 1st two when bubbakoos first hit the scene by the beach. We will drive a extra 10mins everytime for quality where the others closer to us fall short. Steak and shrimp was fresh and not over cooked. I hope they keep it up!“

“My grandchildren love this place so my son took us at there at 5 minutes before closing at 5 pm. They were nice enough to let us in. We got Bavarian Cream and Chocolates S’mores. Delicious!! Very unique and tasty donuts with friendly and smiling staff. My grandchildren have great taste!!“

I ‘ve been there when the kids lilltle and grow bigger and bigger. They r good boys helping parents a lots.. that a small family business... but u can see they educate the kids well done... probably u not seen the kids helping parent much around anymore For this generation .highly recommend this place to everyone.... I just read some bad review... it not true... that person probably something wrong with them... bc the way they wrote... kind like revenge.. and upset something... let me give u my opinion ...up u have god, down u have ground... when u create something not true... god r going to punish u... “Have not been in a long time !! Everything was great!! The service was awesome. We sat in the bar area and the bartender took care of us. I believe his name was Ian; He was so nice, accommodating and hilarious. I did notice he was able to answer every question asked. He should be moved into management. Definitely will be back.“

“We went to the Cheesecake Factory in Freehold to celebrate a friend's birthday. This is not our first time their and and every time we have been there in the past, the food was always great.

This time was no exception. All the meals were tasty, and good portions. And of course the cheesecake was fantastic.

The only complaint I have was the service was horrible. Empty glasses of water and drinks sat unnoticed, some of the food was brought out separately/early (like 15 minutes before the remaining food was brought out). Just overall, poor service.

Other than the service the rest of the experience was great.“
