Taylor Ham (pork roll) egg and cheese was Awesome! 3 generous cut pieces of pork roll (didn't have to order extra meat) w and egg over medium and gooey gooey cheese. Bagel itself was delish. Well worth the $9. Wife's bagel w scallion cream cheese and tomato had EXCESSIVE amount of cream cheese. But that can be fixed with the correct order verbiage on our side of the counter, no reduction as the bagel itself was again, delish.“

“This review is long overdue. However, we are glad we waited because seven (7) months later, we are STILL getting rave reviews from our friends and families about the food at our wedding! We had a VERY difficult venue that required all of our vendors to submit referrals and agree to a multitude of specific rules. Our original caterer cancelled two (2) months out from our wedding date (after a year of planning). We did not know what to do! They had already been approved and accepted by our venue. We were devastated! KRISP quickly reviewed the menu / pricing we had negotiated and budgeted with that caterer. They were SO reassuring, and offered us MORE options for a lower cost. We could not believe it! After experiencing an incredible tasting at their gorgeous venue, we were SOLD! THE FOOD IS UNREAL, seriously! When we were low on alcohol, they ran to the store to ensure that our guests would not notice any lapse! They even secured and stored our cake topper for months after our wedding! Despite coming on board with less than 2 months to prepare, KRISP navigated a VERY difficult venue, provided incredible service and kept all the stress out of our site! If you don't scoop them up while you can, your event will not be as good as it could have been.“

“My niece got married and used Marcia Selden Catering for all of it. There were three days of events where catering was needed. It seemed as if it was all of the same staff that worked all of them. They were all friendly, accommodating, and very professional. By the end of it all, I felt as if we had known all of them forever. That was really cool. The plethora of passed apps, dinner buffet, cocktails, and the the brunch buffet were THE best catered food I have ever had in my entire life and 30+ year career in the food and beverage industry. Me and my party that I came with (one of which owns a catering company in another state) were totally blown away. I live on the other side of the country now. But, the Selden’s food made me feel completely at “home” again. Truly impressive. I highly recommend them for any of your occasions.“
