We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! You will never need to go back to over-priced, poor quality “ premium” coffees again( yes, I’m looking at you, Starbucks) If you like your brew enough to pay extra for it, this is a great find.I just noticed some poor reviews - I’m not sure you should expect employees at a shop (so-called “baristas”) to be expert or to make invented coffee drinks to your (or any) taste.. I don’t expect a modestly paid part-time to know much or make a “specialty drink.” To quote Quentin Tarantino, “ I buy the god stuff. ‘ Cause I want t taste it” If your “drink” is terrible, send it back.“

“Directions for semi trucks Off the 95 take 495 ( towards Lincoln tunnel !!!don't go in tunnel) take last exit to Hoboken steep down hill on to s marginal hwy take a right onto jfk Blvd take that down to 19th St and make a right ( before the Exxon gas station) once you take that right take the next left at the light down Willow Ave. Take that small overpass to 15th Street and make a right . Then take 15th St to Jefferson St which is another right turn to 16th Street which is a one way you will have to go backwards towards the docks. Ppl are nice clean building professional once you back into the dock you'll have to disconnect and hand over your license and park down the street“

“Great coffee, We stopped at Roast’d coffee shop before heading to NYC, great experience; the pour over coffee was fantastic. Johan was quite friendly explaining different coffee beans as he roasted them and brews the coffee. I tried the espresso as well brewed from 3 different beans, very tasty. “My husband and I attended the Roastery & Tasting Experience, and it was truly beyond our expectations. As devoted Starbucks customers, we had no idea these roasteries even existed, and the NYC location is absolutely magnificent—beautifully designed and filled with incredible sights, aromas, and flavors. We began with Alice, our guide, who was spectacular. She led us through the space with warmth and enthusiasm, sharing fascinating details and stories we had never heard and shepherding us seamlessly through the entire experience. She was terrific. Next, we met Mark, the roaster, who walked us through the roasting process and the origins of Starbucks beans with remarkable clarity and depth. His ability to explain complex ideas in such accessible language was impressive—and yes, he was terrific as well. We ended with a coffee tasting led by Shawn, who was funny, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to engage the group, and we found ourselves laughing while truly savoring the experience. Not only did we have a wonderful time, we learned so much and left feeling even more connected to the Starbucks brand after seeing its values in action. This experience was well beyond our expectations and absolutely worth every penny.“

“I pop in most mornings to pick up a brew, and a visit to Joe's Chelsea is part of my routine thanks to the great service and friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Jacob, Richard and the team do a great job of creating a sense of community in the store, they know regulars orders, names, and what's going on in our worlds and make time to talk while always keeping the line moving efficiently. “This Joe Coffee was tucked around near Track 11 / Greybar passage, so the best part avoids the big lines and rush in any other coffee shop. My large latte, 12 oz (which I'm glad the barista showed me for no surprises), was $6, which I'll usually make an exception for when time is precious and taste was good. Enjoy!“

“The coffees were strong and tasty. The avocado toast was well made with a nice side salad. Parking could be an issue but we went a Sunday morning and we found parking with no problem. It is inside the apartment complex but it had lots of areas to sit in. Our food and drinks came pretty quickly, even though it was busy.“
