Tried the mystery wine, a gamble that didn't pay off for us, it was like a fruit wine. Safer with the white. Staff and service were excellent. Friendly place and enjoyed chatting to some locals. “Was there last night for early dinner and stayed to see the Eagles first TD. Food was fresh and extremely tasty. The vibe here is great. The service was excellent. Our server, Max, was very personable and gives very good recommendations. Max is not the only server like this. It seems to be the culture there. They have a lot of loyal customers. When we left the was a couple looking for a place to eat and watch the game. I quickly recommended Glory. If in Old City and near Chestnut and 2nd give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.“

“This is much more affordable than Queen and Rook in terms of board game cafes. There weren't many food options that I cared for. And one of my mates that I came with got some very rubbery chicken. However they remedied that situation so service points went up. Not as many game choices as Q&R but still fun.“

“This brewery has some of the best beer in the states in my opinion.

We have been to over 100 breweries and its not uncommon for us to find one amazing beer or good all around but its rare to find a tone of amazing beers and that is what we found.

Orange crush beer was amazing and if you like hazys with a very fruit forward taste (like me) this would be right down your ally.
The Peanutbutter porter had great smooth peanutbutter taste without bwing overwhelming or too sweet. I think peanutbutter is perfect for porters and this is a prome examplem. Also i am really bias tword draft over canned but the pog sour was the best sour i have had in a long time. The perfect mix of sweet and sour with deep passion fruit and orange flavors.

The staff is also phenomenal. Great with recommendations, super friendly and generous with samples. We talked to some of them for a long time while it was slower.

The atmosphere is pretty great too. Huge bar island with good seating, and plugs that makes it easy to talk with people. The obey thing with the bar I would change is how close the chairs are. They were almost all touching so getting in is tricky.

The internet was actually pretty good here too. We worked here for a few hours on a weekday and it was fast and quiet enough to work (though gets a bit louder later)

I will be back whenever I can and if I ever live in philly again this will be my spot.“

We always have their food. Pork sandwiches and roast beef sandwiches are delicious. “Really solid brewery. We came here for a midday drink to do some work on a Sunday and it was super quiet. The space itself isn't huge but there are plenty of tables and table options. Bathroom area is quite large. The draft menu is fine, always on the hunt for IPAs and the 6 feet below was much better than the hazy IPA (the latter of which I didn't care for). Service was incredibly friendly and attentive. Easy parking nearby and overall a very accessible experience. We didn't order food but those that did smelled tasty. I don't know that I would specifically come back for the beer but if you're looking for a place to hang out it's definitely a great option.“

If you do not speak Spanish or know how to read Spanish that is not a problem here their menu is biligual, and so are the staff. This place is were I go to get a home style meal from the islands. My favorite is their sweet plantain, stewed chicken, arroz con gandules, and salad(***put oil and vinegar on it not salad dressing it cuts the fat from the food you're eating to refresh you pallet). They have tons of options to choose from too, just know that if you going here on a Saturday or Sunday be ready for a crowd because this is THE best place to go for Puerto Rican food in Philly!“

A friend of mine recommended it last evening so we came over and loved it immediately. We returned again tonight. It's a great Bar in the Center City area. It's a perfect place to bring your date.
