Vernick Food & Drink- Philadelphia, Pa. 5 Stars
NUMBER 1 ALL USA ALL-TIME!!

Vernick Wine offers an excellent dinner with an intimate feel and amazing food that would literally melt in your mouth. The staff is wonderful, always looking for anything needed and being super helpful. They are knowledgeable about the notes of each drink and food item. The service is top-notch, similar to any Michelin star restaurant. The ambiance is modern and classy. Diners recommend the Seabass, which is moist and best eaten with a spoon, and the kuskus in the sea bass is a favorite. The raw salmon is fresh with a light and refreshing sauce. The pork chop is cooked perfectly and pairs well with sweet mustard. The crab toast is highly recommended, and the toast with formag blanc and figs is excellent. Oysters are served with an amazing garlic lime medley. The monthly wine club offers very unique selections. Sitting at the chefs counter provides an interesting perspective, watching the food be prepared. The shaved thin salad is delectably fresh, and the Pavlova dessert is a must-try. A complimentary anniversary toast of champagne led to a taster of scrumptious gazpacho soup and a little puff of cornbread. The blue crab, lemon aioli, tarragon on sour dough is the star of starters. Vernick Wine remains a great spot for a special occasion.
