“I want to congratulate the entire Starbucks team inside Target at Hackensack, they are always friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy that makes me want to come back every day. The baristas provide excellent service, always remember my order, and treat me with respect and kindness. They are the main reason I continue to visit this location!
However, I do want to mention a situation that is not related to the Starbucks team, but rather to someone who said they were a Target “manager” and happened to be in line behind me one day. Their attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as if they were questioning whether I intended to pay something that has never been an issue for me. I am the type of person who will even cover the bill for elderly customers who might be short on change, so that kind of insinuation is completely uncalled for.
Since that day, I only come here because of the amazing Starbucks baristas, but I think it’s important for Target to address this type of behavior, as it can impact the customer experience and reflect poorly on Starbucks. The Starbucks team deserves an environment free of negative attitudes so they can continue providing the outstanding service they always deliver.“
“I came here quick to get a shaken espresso and finally use my christmas gift card. The cashier was so sweet and had a super cute cat hat! I got my drink and as I was walking to my job I realized someone drew an adorable puppy on my cup! 🥺❤
