I often come here to get drinks for others and and on occasion myself and there has never been a time that I have been upset with their service, and if I do have any problems they solve it instantaneously. “I rather use the drive thru it's quicker service there than if you go inside and order from the front counter. When I come I usually have two separate orders and each of us use points so to not confuse employees I go inside and he goes through the drive thru. But Everytime I've been in there I have literally waited on front counter for what seemed about to be 10mins before anyone acknowledged me and took my order. That pretty crappy if you ask me. And it's been multiple occasions. They aren't understaffed I always see a lot of workers running back and forth to drive thru or to bring food outside.“
