“The sashimi was fresh, but too cold to have flavor. The portion (regular sushi) was very good. The eel roll was very tastey, however the sushi rice was not sturdy enough to keep the rolls together when picked up with the chop sticks.Service was very good.“
“Shiki is a pretty good Japanese sushi restaurant. I e eaten there once but have gotten takeout a number of times. The food is good. I've had many items from the sushi menu as well as the kitchen menu. Everything is fresh and tasty. When ordering on line they typically tell you 30 minutes but then you find ourself waiting in the restaurant for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until your food is actually ready. A minor complaint. If you like sushi, give it a try. I think you'll be satisfied.“
“Delicious sushi at a local destination. This was my first time dining here and I was very pleasantly surprised. Rolls were unique, tasted great, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their special rolls. I ordered the Maurader roll, the 206 roll, the Caribbean roll, and the Rock & Roll.“
“This was my husband and I’s first time here and we both talked about how this place is a 10/10! We are HUGE sushi lovers so we are very critical. And we like this place better than our go-to sushi place that’s closer to our home. We decided to branch out and this was our first choice and we will be coming back here more often now. The service was amazing, employees were friendly and welcoming, their tables and plates etc. we’re so clean. The sushi was FRESH AS EVER!!!! Don’t be fooled by any negative reviews, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you tried this place. Some ppl are miserable and unhappy that they need to bring other restaurants down, but disregard any negative reviews and focus on the good ones because I never review places but this was a must, because of how great it was. “I absolutely love the sushi in this place. I have gone to several places from Clifton New Jersey to this area in Byram even in PA and I have still been greatly satisfied with this being the top place that I would go to for sushi. The options are great. The food is phenomenal and I’ve become a little gluttonous when it comes to eating here. I would highly recommend for anyone.“
