I hated to give the 3 star for atmosphere because they are not trying to get your attention with the very, very casual atmosphere - they are getting your attention with the food! Where can you go/order for take-out that has a German/Bavarian section of the menu (I had the schnitzel sandwich and the gurkensalat and my lunch-mate had the pirrogens) a pizza section of the menu, American section (cheesesteak/burger) and a Mexican section? “Man a lot of people on here complaining about a long wait, closing early, or simple mistakes. Guess what they make amazing food so they get slammed. So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. You didnt get your side of sweet peppers? You’ll live. “I frequent this location on a regular basis, even though there is a closer Subway to me, I still prefer this one for a number of reasons, mainly, welcoming employees(they remember me every time I come in), they always put in a great amount of food on your sandwich, prices somehow seem lower than other Subways in the area.
I drive further from home just to go to this shop, and people that work there make the experience pleasant, gratifying, and personal.
