Springs Bistro Reviews
My wife and I came here on Friday. We didn’t have a reservation but they allowed us to sit anyway. The food was good but definitely could’ve been better. Our server was Sydney. She was very good and attentive when it came to our table. The restaurant is currently being renovated and Sydney told us about the company’s plan for the renovations on the restaurant.
We were not expecting much snce the night before we ate at Kites on the Minerals side of the resort...which was terrible... but the experience at Springs Bistro was like night and day compared to the previous night at Kites. Dan our waiter was fantastic and even made some great recommendations. We'll come back to this place again.
Awesome food and holiday vibes!
Dan was an amazing server! Loved the tiramisu! 👏😋
Springs Bistro offers generally very good food, with dishes like branzino and Brussels sprouts being highlights. Guests have praised the delicious homemade tiramisu. The white zucchini pizza, Octopus, and steak were also outstanding. The experience can be enjoyable, with some servers like Troy being wonderful, personable, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. The bartender also made the best espresso martini. Despite some slow service and lacking attention to detail, the restaurant provides a wonderful dining experience at Grand Cascade Hotel, making it a place worth returning to.
