“Always great when I have stopped on the way back from NY never miss it.“

“I was initially disappointed because I just barely missed out on breakfast but I got the chicken Big Mac and it was delicious.

But the main reason why I’m writing this review is because I admire employee Jennifer’s commitment to excellent service. Before today I had never been asked by a McDonald’s employee if everything came out alright or if I needed anything.

I’m very impressed by both Jennifer and this location’s management - that it encourages customer service like this.

I hope to be returning soon. Even though I live forty minutes away in Bernardsville.“

“Lovely to see such a buzzing and homey coffeeshop in high bridge. Breakfast burrito and coffee were superb, lots of sweet branded merchandise and art about high bridge on the walls. Love to see them celebrating local artists.

Also so great to hear snippets of conversation from the customers, most of whom seem to be neighbors bumping into each other and catching up. “I need to budget my time here or else my day slips away” one of them said. A really good signal of a genuine community space. :)“

“I have stopped here on many occasions to pick-up some donuts. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, which keeps me coming back. The store is always very neat, clean and well-organized. The manager runs a tight ship, but is also very considerate to the employees. The store is easily accessible off Route 31 and offers a large, free parking lot for their customers. I highly recommend this Dunkin' location.“

“I’m really not sure what took me so long to get here, but I’m upset now that it did! This was a phenomenal experience. As soon as we walked in, we knew we were going to enjoy it. The vibe is so good, and they’ve done such a good job making this a cute and cozy space inside of a historical building. Their seasonal drink menu was excellent, which is what we ordered from. And the sweet and savory treats they had were to die for. We got a scone and a homemade oatmeal cream pie. Both excellent! We had our drinks and relaxed for a while. Service was fast and friendly! Just great overall experience. We will definitely be back soon!“

“Personally, I never had a problem with their food. It was always fresh and hot. To get really fresh donuts, you have to go early in the morning or sometime in the late afternoon In my opinion. The only reason why I give them a four star is because they are so busy, at the drive-through, it’s hard to back up and get out of the parking spot sometimes. But otherwise, they’re good for me. I see some reviews about getting the food mixed up occasionally, but I have never experienced that there.“

“This Dunkin’ Donuts has fresh stuff. It is a great place for the food itself. I normally don’t go inside, but use the drive-through. In my opinion, the parking lot and drive-through is quite small. It is often crowded and sometimes not easy to get a parking spot…(which is a good thing in a sense) If you’re able to walk and you’re looking for fresh food and good coffee, and drinks, that’s the place to go if you’re in the area!“

This one was on Rt. 31 & always has fresgh, delicious coffee & donuts and friendly staff. Also has wifi & outlets in walls by seats to plug into. I was there for about 3 hours.“

“Used the drive in first time using this place because my other Dunkin Donuts is being renovated. Order was taken and received quickly and accurately.. Coffee was perfect and food was delicious. Staff was very polite and welcoming. The only thing I’m not fond of is that this place has a kiosk. At least you can still talk to a human over the intercom giving your order using the drive in.“

I started to use the app for discounts and special deals. It make it more affordable and is easy to use. Wait times are reduced because I order ahead.

This location is a little wonky since there is construction going on at Route 31, so be careful.

Overall, it is a good place for fast food.“
