“Salem Seniors met for Lunch Bunch today on 10/17 at Dirty Jersey's in Alloway. We had a group of 13 people attend and the food and service was excellent as usual. As we were finishing our meal, we were all totally surprised and shocked when our Bartender/Waitress/Christina told us that a couple sitting in the bar had already paid for all of our meals. They had already left, so we couldn't even thank them. What a nice thing for them to do. We will have to pay it forward in the future as they did for us. God bless them and Dirty Jersey's Tavern. “I was referred to Willows Wisp bakery by a friend of mine to bake my daughter’s wedding cake. I was in a panic because I waited too long to order this cake but Ashley provided a very calm and positive assurance that she had it covered! I sent her a picture of the cake my daughter requested and she came through for us. Not only was the cake exactly what we wanted but this cake was exquisite. Everyone LOVED this cake. I was asked over and over who we ordered the cake from. If you are looking for baked goods please do yourself a favor and call Willows Wisp….you will not be disappointed!!”

I ended up getting a banana nut cake with peanut butter filling and whipped cream cheese icing and the cake is DELICIOUS! “Just had some amazing drunken noodles with chicken and a delicious Thai green tea. New owners took over a few months ago and are making some amazing food. Small store front is easy to miss in the Cranberry Plaza. In between the pizza and sushi place. Not the fanciest inside but with food this good you won't even notice. Highly recommend giving it a try.”

“My first time at Gus's Crab Shack was back in December of 2021 when a band that i represent was hired by Gus to entertain his guests. Since that time, we have been a regular part of his entertainment lineup. What started as a spot at the back wall turned into a stage being built for all bands to play on and then with a new huge stage outside under a tent and then again, he added yet another stage outside under another tent. He started with just two bands a weekend and now has up to 5 bands a weekend. he has pulled out all stops in providing the best entertainment that he can for his patrons. As far as the food and service are concerned, we have no complaints. We always get what we ordered in a timely manner. The food is served hot, and beverages are ice cold. If we had any problem with an order, the staff makes it right very quickly. Gus, the owner makes it a habit to go around to meet his guest to see how they are doing and if everything is all right. We highly recommend Gus's Crab Shack. The staff is very courteous and friendly.”

“Pork roll egg and cheese on roll is HEAVEN! I don't think I have had a bad meal here. Food is very good and well prepared with nice size portions. Staff is friendly, kind and make you feel very welcome. I was happily surprised at the prices. You can still go out to a nice family breakfast or dinner for an affordable price! Stopped in for some good south jersey South Philly area pizza place food. In town for work. Got a nice assortment of a cheese steak (fried onions, American, hot peps), 6 hot wings, and three pieces of pizzer. One plain, one Hawaiian (shut it!) and one chicken bacon ranch. Well from the moment I walked in the dude in charge was attentive, focused on quick but friendly service, and at the same time working and taking care of other customers. I like the fast pace of the northeast and this was perfect for me. Came back picked it all up and brought back to hotel. Pizza was great all of them, super tasty and nice NY style size. The cheese steak was so good too. Lots of meat and the cheese was nice and cooked in. The wings were perfectly done and nice amount of sauce. Overall I really really like this place and will be back. Don't come here and get chicken tenders it's an Italian food place get pizza, get cheese steaks, etc. Definitely 9.7/10 and you won't be disappointed.”

“After 32 years out of NJ pizza has been disappointing. So now that I am in NJ for work until July, my quest is to eat 2 slices of cheese pizza at every place the locals recommend. Today, it's Joe's, and they did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend to any visitor and other locals. The test of good pizza is the point folds off the plate and it leaves a nice red oily stain on the paper plate...both were spot perfect...the crust was perfect, the cheese was gooey and flavor top notch. if I work in the area tomorrow, it's calzone or stromboli!!”
