“I had a spinich/mozzarella omelette w/ side of sausage, home fries and toast. It was fantastic; fluffy eggs, not over done at all. 2 large, tasty sausage patties. This meal is like $7 or $8 more at other diners. Exceeded expectations on price, taste, portion and quality. I will absolutely return to try something off the lunch menu soon.“

“Oh man… where to start. The service was phenomenal, great recommendations, great atmosphere, the owner, Ms. Dana greeted us with a smile, Nikki the manager was great to deal with. Now the food… I had the special, “The Gobbler” and it was unbelievably tasty. The crunch from the toasted bread, the flavors all together were a symphony on my taste palette. My gf got the “Toni Ann” and she couldn’t talk while we were eating together because she wouldn’t stop stuffing her face. After she said the chicken cutlet was cooked perfect, mozzarella was fresh, peppers were exquisite. Overall experience was just mind-blowing. I’d recommend Ferraro’s to any person, local or travelers, you NEED to stop and eat here.“

“We stopped by for a quick bite a couple Saturdays ago. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible. Indian food can be heavy but not this place. The owner and employee were so nice. Everything is made to order!!! We got a Chicken parm pizza with vodka sauce well done.... They told us 25 mins. Went to pick it up and was chatting with someone who seemed to be the owner. (Didn't ask) I said this is our first time ordering from you, she said your going to love this pizza. She then said I'm sorry it's taking so long with the ricotta... My mind intrigued I said for what, she said, going in the vodka sauce..... I wish I had a picture, but we absolutely destroyed it. Huge chunks of chicken cutlets as well! I recommend not to walk or stroll but RUN to get this pizza! Highly recommend and definitely didn't disappoint I will be back. Also got a list of their specials, which change weekly/biweekly as I was informed.“

“Have been loving this place since they changed owners last year. The new, Peruvian dishes are incredible. The arroz chaufa is sooo tasty. Their daily specials are super quick to grab during my lunch break.
I’ve taken a coworkers on different trips, and they have all loved it. They really like their variety of sandwiches, wraps, specials etc.

Our favorites are the French toast, omelettes and Taylor ham cheese and egg sandwich. Their French toast is especially yummy. Better than any other breakfast place I’ve tried. I’ve also ordered lunch, and our favorites are the chicken fingers and turkey burger. The chicken fingers are large and juicy. Their wings are also good.“

In particular, the Mexican scrambled eggs (scrambled eggs with onions, peppers and ham), mushroom and cheese quesadillas, and tamales have been big hits. The food is really fresh and delicious. The service is excellent and the owner is so friendly. Generally, we are taking out or catering. The restaurant eating area is simple and fine for a quick work lunch. My bf has been coming here for years and swears by this deli as one of the best around.This mom and pop deli is not much to look at from the outside.They have free parking out front with several spots they share with another business.Once inside you can see why they call this place The Parsippany Deli/ Emerald Gifts aka The Irish Deli.As soon as you walk in the front door, they have a glass counter that displays beautiful China from Ireland. They sell teas, marmalade, sausages, bacon, black and white pudding, Irish candies, also Brennan's bread.During the month of March they make and sell homemade Irish Soda Bread.As you make your way to the front counter you will meet owner Eddie, and Avril. They were both very friendly and told me about their business. Posted on the counter is their sandwich and salad menus.The Parsippany deli/Emerald gifts has been in business for 50 years, now I know why. Their prices are reasonable, and everything is homemade. They also do catering.They roast all their own meats like Roast Beef, Turkey Breast, and Baked Virginia Ham. I highly suggest getting a half of a sub. It’s as big as most whole subs.This place doesn’t skimp on their meats, just the opposite.When I got home and opened up my sub I was pleasantly surprised, and couldn’t believe how much meat was on it. It was probably one of the best Italian subs I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over for subs.I ordered their Italian Sub - Ham, Salami, Capocollo they call it Hot Ham, and Cheese. I got mine with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, oil and vinegar. It was really delicious. I wound up eating a half of a half and saved the rest for later.My bf ordered their Roast Beef n American Cheese Sub. The Roast Beef was cooked perfectly rare and piled on the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar. He enjoyed it so much he ate the entire thing.I also ordered 2 of their homemade salads. Macaroni and Potato Salad. The macaroni was my favorite. It was rich and creamy.I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed
