“They aren't always there, but when they are, considerate it your lucky day. Some of the best hot dogs I've had, I recommend trying one with cooked onions and cheese, simple yeah, but it's all you need.

I've literally been going here for years (since I was a kid), perfect snack after a walk around the Rahway River Park. You can even ask for your hotdogs to go (they just wrap 'em up and put them in a bag).“

“Great little place one could easily miss if they weren't looking. Delicious dogs, relatively inexpensive prices, and great ambience, make this a go to spot. Couple of drawbacks though. Seating very limited, so best time to come is after the lunch rush and before school lets out. Also limited hours of operation, as they are only open during lunch through early afternoon rush hours, so plan accordingly. You won't regret it.“

“My kids ordered 2 portions of wings (mango habanero and Korean BBQ) and I got one of the drums (buffalo).. Kids loved their order - the mango habanero is going to be on repeat order it seems. Mine was too salty and almost inedible. The chicken was perfectly done though. Mixed bag, but my first time getting takeout from here and looks like it wont be the last.“

“The food and beverages are excellent! Everything has been treated carefully and is quite fresh. Finding a decent Korean corn dog restaurant took some time, but I'm glad I found this one. Additionally, they provide a wide range of tastes and combinations that I haven't found anywhere else. You should definitely give this establishment a try if you're searching for an incredible corn dog that is delicious and well-made.“

Definitely stick to the pastrami.

Make sure you give yourself time. The line is long and they take their time with every customer. Very slow moving but worth the wait.“

“Found the spot by accident just searching the area I was for a hot dog spot, old school food truck in the parking lot of the American Legion plenty of parking. I had the chili dog with onions and cheese and a dog with mustard and kraut, the chili cheese dog was very good the chili was tasty the cheese was a cheese sauce of some kind and the sauerkraut was delicious Price is Right I enjoyed it. Also as there is no seating there I ate it in my vehicle while it was nice and hot he wraps the dogs up in wax paper perfectly there was no mess from the chili or the cheese or even the sauerkraut I was able to eat them in my vehicle nice and warm and not make a mess Kudos Sal!!“

“I go here often for lunch. Plenty of variety, and fairly quick service. I always get the ribs from Tejas + kids mac n cheese. Everything else was good too, but the Thai food here is lacking (they used italian pasta for the pad see eew (not rice noodles) and pasta was very al dente both times i tried here). Havent seen if they improved for that restaurant yet but I always come back for Tejas!“

Prices & portions were fair. The whole vibe of the area was low-key & pleasant with the dog-friendly patio, next door local shops, and other patrons. If these Wisconsintes find ourselves in Jersey City again, we will absolutely make a dedicated return to the Wurstbar!“

He was super respectful, down to earth, and great with the kids. His hot dogs tasted great and offered many different toppings/condiments. “I’ve been on a hot dog kick lately and recently found out about Boulevard Drinks, so my husband and I decided to drop in on a Saturday at around 11:30. The place is a hole in the wall. But it’s always the dingy looking places that have the best food. I’m not sure there were even any seats. We just stood next to the counter and ate, which you need to anyway because they’re meant to be eaten fresh. We ordered a cheese dog with sweet onions, and a spicy sausage with sweet onions. Each topping is 50 cents, so it can add up and you may end up paying $5 for a hot dog. But worth it for a once in a while treat. The hot dog was good but I liked the sausage a lot more. Both have a similar taste but the sausage is bigger and snappier. We ended up ordering another spicy sausage afterwards, but this time with chili. This one was pretty heavy so I’m glad we shared. Unpopular opinion, but I think a chili cheese dog would have been too much. Glad we got to check this place out!“
