Great teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies for a pretty decent price! It’s right next to the PATH station on Harrison
The BEST sushi place in town! The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and incredibly consistent in both quality and flavor. The service is wonderful, the gentleman at the register always remembers our usual order and greets us with a smile. He even surprises us with a snack every now and then, which is such a thoughtful touch. It’s also super affordable. No complaints here! I’m always happy to support them as a regular customer. :)
Consistent and reliable.
The bubble tea are perfect go to drinks.
I buy the bento boxes which are cozy as well.

Sakura Japan is a popular restaurant known for its delicious and reasonably priced Japanese cuisine. The menu offers a variety of options, including Teriyaki beef and chicken, bento boxes, and California rolls. Customers often mention the generous portion sizes, with enough food to feed an entire family. The service is prompt, and the staff is friendly, providing free condiments and utensils for customer convenience.
While some customers have noted inconsistencies with the rice, the fried rice is a highlight, with its soft texture and jasmine rice flavor. The dumplings and chicken teriyaki are especially recommended for their value. Overall, Sakura Japan provides a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great choice for a quick meal or takeout. The restaurant remains a popular option for budget-friendly, authentic Asian dining in the area, with customers praising the sushi and appetizers as well.
