Do to covid restrictions they still have in place you cant watch them make the ice cream like you used to but you can see the "magic" from a distance. Place looks clean. Only thing is thats a minor inconvenience is the tenants upstairs have ACs that drip directly in front of the door way.“

“My family and I love love love Kubo. Since they opened, we def try to come here any time were in the area. My fave fave fave is the Ube Soft Serve with Taiyaki and boba. “Love the milk teas here! I always get one when I'm at this mall. (I think there was a different bubble tea shop here before but no matter, they're both really good.) Taro or brown sugar milk teas with boba are my usual tried & trues, but I had a lavender milk tea with lychee jelly recently and it's fantastic! The lavender is subtle and the jelly is ambrosial. Sounds like a bizarre combination but it works! They also do fruit teas and slushies. Would love it if they add rose tea in the future. There is only one size and it's large - the cup quality is nice, not the flimsy kind of flexible plastic that are used at so many bubble tea places. I can actually keep it and reuse. Service was quick and very friendly. I didn't get the name of the girl who took my order but she was lovely. The location is on the 1st floor of the hall section connecting the main mall area to Nickelodeon Universe.“

“This place is awesome! I always order an almond milk bubble tea. While my drink always comes out great, last night, my bubble tea tasted amazing! The boba was cooked and sweetened perfectly, and the tea and almond flavor were top notch So, when I dropped my bubble tea while getting out of my car after arriving home, I was devastated. It was a tragedy! I could feel the tea soaking into my shoes as I imagined sad violin music playing in the distance. The boba is freezing on my driveway as we speak. I drove back to the store because I don’t live too far away, and because my drink was THAT GOOD! This came with different fillings: Pork with Scallion, Chicken with Corn, and Beef with Onion and you can have them steamed or fried. I super recommend getting their add-on of Spicy Minced Pork Chili Oil which really elevates this dish. --Jasmine Boba Tea (customized for my request of zero ice, zero sugar) - pretty good, but the boba was kinda hard. --Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings - Pretty good. These are very likely much better eaten in the restaurant. In general, the filling was slightly too dense and the wrapper was a little too thick compared to the same dish I've had elsewhere. --Bao Chicken - A family fave. This came with 3 pieces of broccoli and was heavy on the chicken which had a light coating and yummy sauce. The portion lasted my kids several meals. With food this good, this spot can take a bao. ;)“

“I thought at first I wrote I lackluster review for this place because of their prices, but I'm glad I didn't have to eat my words. While pricey, this place is one of two bubble tea places in my/the neighborhood that I'm aware of, so I think with few options, the prices are justifiable. Their offerings are really really good. And tasty! So far I've tried their mango slush, pandan dessert drink, and honeydew boba. All were exceptionally flavorful and none tasted artificial. The boba was a nice consistency, too. No hard bits. They also had Asian-flavored ice creams (which they source from an Asian owned vendor). The ube cheese flavor was DELICIOUS. Don't be fooled by the cheese flavor--it works and it's a common Filipino dessert flavor. There's a cute little seating area, too! We're looking forward to trying more drinks and ice cream flavors!“

“They are so much more than your average icecream shop, not only do they have bubble tea (which isn't always easy to come by) they have delicious and unique flavors of rolled icecream they prepare fresh. You can tell how much they care about what they are preparing, if the fruit for something they have isn't ripe yet, though they might have the fruit, they let you know so you're not just eating any bland fruits.
