“The BEST sushi place in town! The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and incredibly consistent in both quality and flavor. The service is wonderful, the gentleman at the register always remembers our usual order and greets us with a smile. He even surprises us with a snack every now and then, which is such a thoughtful touch. It’s also super affordable. No complaints here! I’m always happy to support them as a regular customer. :)“

“Kung Fu Tea is an amazing restaurant that I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. I ordered the Oreo Wow with syrup and Mangonada and they certainly live up to their name. It came out quickly and was of fantastic taste. Donny is very polite and kind, and she was also helpful in giving delicious recommendations. The atmosphere was very welcoming and immersive as well. It was a 10/10 experience.“

- Flavor: Fair selection available. I get Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea. The tea has nice hints of bitterness. Texture-wise, more like a tea diluted with milk than the creaminess of an incorporated milk tea.
- Boba: Lower amount of Boba. Although the Boba has nice elasticity, they're too small so you can usually only chew once.
- Price: An average bubble tea (7$ overall, 2026) compared to what I consider the average price (7-8$)
- Overall - it takes the average up a notch for an overall nice bubble tea but doesn't have the kind of pull that would make me go out of my way to get one.

- Extra - They also serve ice cream and have an extended store area which would be fine for quick hangouts.“

“Rating this 5-Stars. This new boba drink cafe is unlike any other boring same-old franchises out there. It has its own identity. You will absolutely love it once you step into the cafe. The interior decor is very warm and all filled with cute piggies everywhere once you walk in. Service was friendly and great. The entire time I was there, I witnessed both staffs working there were hands-on greeting every guests with bright smiles, preparing and making all the drinks by themselves with love. “I stop by Kung Fu Tea in Union City every few weeks. My go-to drink is the Peach Milk Tea, which is always my favorite order. I also enjoy their macarons, and I think they’re amazing. Another item I like is the spam rice ball, which makes a great snack with my drink.

“I love this place. They always have great and fresh food. My favorite has to be the vegetable ramen. It’s so delicious, their chicken wings are flavorful and guns texture is pretty good. I love their bubble tea as well. I order through Uber eats majority of the time, I wonder if I can directly order from this restaurant though. I think I’ll find that out. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. - Flavor: Extensive selection with seasonal variety available. I usually get the Chai or Oolong Milk Tea. The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
- Boba: Generous amount of Boba with a pleasantly elastic chew. The boba rarely clump which make for a pleasant drink experience but the sweetness of the boba can cause a sweet drink to be a bit too sweet. Regardless, the boba has a nice inherent flavor.
- Price: Meets what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2025).
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I have been frequenting for several years when in the area. It is a nice bubble tea for regular visits but doesn't quite set the standard for a bubble tea shop you'd actively go out of the way for.

- Extra - Despite the extensive menu, it's limited space means it's selection pales in comparison to other established shops or kiosks of the Kung-Fu tea franchise. The kiosk location is also interesting and the staff are courteous,“
