The meat was cooked perfectly and super well-seasoned, paired with perfect rice and beans, and delicious sweet plantains. I went to the resturant at 8:10pm and it says that today it would be open until 9pm but the front metal shutters were down. I was really anticipating eating here after work just for it to be closed. The food is 10/10 absolutely delicious but it really killed my mood to see it closed almost an hour before it says they'll be closed online.“

The food is incredible the service is on point and even when they are packed(which is very often) the ladies always keep up with me and thank me for my patience. The price for the quality of food is the best I have ever seen. I have ordered food at minis well over One Thousand times and the food always hits home. Even though I have moved farther away I still make the 35 minute drive to minis multiple times a week just because no other restaurants has the quality of food that they have. “First time here. The Chicken Salad was very good. The dressing was filling but not overwhelming. The chicken tasted grilled and fresh. The bowl they give you is perfect to shake the dressing to mix with the salad. Also had Oxtail with beans and rice. It was very good. All was reasonable priced. Overall, I am happy with the food and the location is perfect for anyone getting out of work and walking around the bus terminal.“
