“I would ignore the bad reviews that are posted for this location. Its not inside of a walmart. Its location is in a plaza. The manager and his wife do an outstanding job with customer service. I got here at 8:50 and they close at 9 pm. The guy was super sweet and gave me fresh ingredients. He went above and beyond. Very good first impression. Definitely coming back here. The rede comments are from people who are unhappy with the franchise but thats not the location owners fault!“

“Gave a 5 for the atmosphere although I haven’t been there. I imagine it’s top notch based off of the customer service experience I had with a young gentleman on the phone today. I made an Uber Eats order and called to make an adjustment to my sandwiches. The young man on the phone was professional and did not hesitate to make sure that my accommodations would be granted. I wish I caught his name but the call took place at approximately 3:36PM on 1OCT25. He was exactly what I expect when calling an eatery. Prompt, direct, and accommodating. No questions asked, no back and forth. As someone who works in the industry it was greatly appreciated.“

“Great local sub shop where you get a nice hearty sandwich for the money (CASH ONLY). Their portions put's the likes of Jersey Mike's to shame. Staff doesn't seem happy and not the friendliest, but hey, you can't have it all.“

“This one was by far one that was much better than all the others... I really didn't even want to go there because usually their subs are soggy wet and not worth your buck. But this one the sub was dry they really took care to make sure enough meat was in it and it was delicious, I'm really impressed.“

“I went to Just Subs to place an order for a gathering involving a large number of people. I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. It was a nice, professional gesture on his part, and a good way to treat a customer.“

“Had delivered Breakfast panini and butternut squash soup. Both were hot and delicious and I ordered from them by accident. Still came to me hot. The breakfast panini is giving breakfast sandwiches run for its money. The soup was really nice too. Good consistency and taste“

“How can one not love this place. The smell of the bacon, the toppings being displayed infront of my eyes. If my eyes could drool, they would from how delictable everything looks. I thank the staff for the amazing job they do, even though its one slice of meat and im paying $20, I am still satisfied to be a regular customer and come back everyday during my lunch.“

“I had just driven over 2 hours from Philly. Ran to the bathroom right away. Jack could sense the urgency and directed me right away. Asked if the bathroom was clean, it most certainly was. I'm already impressed. I've only been to JMs maybe 4 times. Manan made my sub. We discussed hot ham. I was like no way. He let me try it. Both were so sociable and friendly. Well mannered young men. They're doing your establishment proud. I'll definitely be back!!!“

“They have a large variety of sandwiches and wraps. The prices are decent. Place is clean. There always coming out with a new sandwich. The service is really slow and they have only one person working and it's a lot of stuff to put on footlong sandwiches. So not only are u waiting a long time but customers after u are waiting long and the lines build up really fast because of this. Also they don't really have good specials and they don't take coupons“
