“I was craving a real sub. I wanted a sub shop and not a corporate type place. I enjoyed it. Everyone there was down to earth and real. I loved their banter with the music blaring from the kitchen. I love a real family place. They had all different specials hung up and even had black cherry soda and root beer in the glass bottle. “Have lived in NJ for almost 25 years. This is by far THE BEST pork roll egg and cheese I have had in the state. The way Johnny assembles this sandwich is perfection. Every bite you take from one of his sandwiches literally gets better as you are finishing it. From the fresh rolls, and freshly sliced pork roll to a perfectly cooked egg with just the right amount of cheese and SPK to hold it together. I can literally say as I took a bite from this sandwich my exact words were “WOW”. I’ll be coming at least once a week from Belmar just to get my fix. Keep killing it Johnny this place is awesome!“

“I went to Just Subs to place an order for a gathering involving a large number of people. I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. It was a nice, professional gesture on his part, and a good way to treat a customer.“

“Jersey Mike's is one of the best sub shop's. I normally get their number 7 Turkey and Cheese sub but it was cold out and wanted something warm. I got Jersey Mike's Chicken Philly Cheese Sub. It was fantastic. Great flavor!!! Perfectly put together with peppers and onions. The American Cheese was melted right into the bread. I had to slow down in order not to eat the whole sandwich in two bites. Delicious!!! This location is clean and managed well.
