“Best pizza in New Jersey! I’m honestly surprised Dave Portnoy hasn’t come to rate this place a 10. Their pizza is incredibly crispy, and the ingredients are simple but high quality. They’re always making different pies throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh and delicious coming out.

The customer service is impeccable. I’m not from New Jersey, but every time I walk in, they treat me like family. They also have a great lunch special—two slices of any kind. I usually go for the vodka cheese and a pepperoni slice, and it never disappoints. Oh, and you have to try the sugar-free cream soda—it’s so good!

Trying to do this as a surprise for my family, I was calling from Colorado not knowing true reputations. I not only found good Italian, I found fantastic and authentic! Sal's genuine care for my phone order was beyond words. I ordered trays of eggplant rollatini, chicken parmesan, lasagna, fresh vegetables and garlic knots which was fresh, hot and delivered on time. Can't say THANK YOU enough for helping me feel present with my family when I couldn't actually be present. “Make no mistake, this is 5-star pizza. Get a few “personal” pizzas for variety: a cheese, a white, and maybe a mushroom or pepperoni - well done. Absolutely the best in Somerset area. If you stop there for lunch, their slices are quite big, you only need 1. And the chicken fingers are a MUST. We just love Amici’s. I recommend calling them directly and pick up, or ask for delivery. “We had lunch at the new restaurant in Highland Park. We had the falafel plate which had great flavor and was very filling. My sister had a slice of pizza which she said was really good. The new place is a vast improvement over the old store in East Brunswick.“

“We finally got around to trying this local eatery and were not disappointed. The service and the pizza were excellent. We chose outside seating, so unfortunately we had to endure a couple of noisy begging dogs someone chose to bring to dinner on the sidewalk. 😩 They were not service dogs and they were not particularly well behaved, constantly whining for food and blocking the sidewalk so people had to trip over them or step into the middle of the street to walk around them. But the establishment, the food, service and employees were great. Next time we will go inside if the outside is overrun with inconsiderate dog owners.“

“My family and I visit this place very often. It’s very clean and our food is always fresh. The portions are filling. If we have to wait, it may take 10-15 minutes but that’s fine. We have ordered numerous items off the menu. The guys that work there are really nice and they always get my order right. I love that it is a Halal food restaurant as well. An elderly man was pulling the slice with his bare hands onto a plate to put in a bag and then took my cash and gave me change and bills back. “We had an amazing meal a few weeks ago at Luca’s! We were greeted and seated and waited on promptly. We brought our own wine in which they had no problem opening for us. The food was out of this world. Their meatball appetizer is everything you’ve heard and then some. Incredible sauce, bread service, and our meals were excellent. My partner had the octopus for an appetizer and said it was incredible. Both of our meals were amazing and served timely and piping hot. I had the chicken marsala with mushroom risotto, delicious! And he had the veal saltimbocca. The service was prompt, pleasant and just perfect, and the atmosphere is lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

It was my first time here at PRONTO PIZZA and WOW…. Everything was beyond delicious.

The plain slice (well done)… blew me away.
The crust was thin and the ratio of cheese to sauce was ON POINT!!!

It was my first time ever having CHICKEN & BACON w/ ranch dressing slice of pizza and BOY WAS IT PRETTY DAMN GOOD!!!
*the pizza was a little thicker than the regular plain slice but it was perfect because of the amount of toppings.

The garlic knots & marinara to dip were also VERY GOOD.

5 stars all around….

Definitely found a new pizza spot that I will be coming back to.

“Came here for a birthday dinner and that was denoted in the reservation. We waited over 45 minutes for our reservation, and had family that drive in over an hour for dinner. Was just a little frustrating. Restaurant is extremely loud, food was really salty and overpriced. The waiter was fantastic though. I would recommend coming here once to check it out but I don't feel the need to return, especially not for a special occasion. Spent almost an hour on my birthday waiting in their cramped entryway with people squeezing in and out. The host eventually came by when I said we were going to leave, that he asked a table to go because they overstayed their time limit by an hour. Just overall not the fantastic experience you expect for the price and for the occasion, you can get a better experience elsewhere.“
