“We stopped here after supper while on a work trip out of town. Everyone was really kind and amiable! We got to know the beer maker, and he's a really pleasant man. The beer was excellent on its own. The brewery had a very laid-back atmosphere. They have a lovely outdoor space with fire pits for sitting. I strongly advise you to visit if you're in the region and enjoy beer.“

“An excellent variety of wines to taste, both local and more well-known varietals and both dry and sweeter styles. Though most of the wines were not to my taste, they were well-integrated wines and the person serving was extremely knowledgeable. A wonderful setting with outdoor space, where we were fortunate to find a guitarist/singer entertaining on a beautiful afternoon in central Jersey. Only the tasting area itself marred the experience; it was too small and too loud and not adequately staffed.“

“Came in for dinner and ordered the Forbidden Salmon — Nordic sustainable salmon over organic forbidden rice with a massaged kale quinoa salad, roasted carrot and beet, spicy cashew crunch, and miso maple sauce. Fantastic dish. Everything tasted fresh and well put together.

The chocolate chip cookie was excellent — do not skip it. Kombucha selection was solid, service was attentive, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality you're getting. Would definitely come back.“

The owner responded with great kindness and kept the store open. Fruity Yogurt is also one of the only places open late in Princeton. The owner even offered us free frozen yogurt. She said to pour as much as we wanted after we had paid. So kind!! Also very funny and personable. She also told us that all of their flavors are natural, and you can tell from the color and taste!
